Great hotel for reasonable price. Ideal location very close to Universal area. Quite close to centre (about 12 USD/Lyft ride) and airport (about 35 USD/Lyft ride). Good breakfasts and cleaning each day. i can recommend the hotel. It is a good choice!

Hotel was great. Nothing short of excellent and it was on a prime location close to many attractions. Will stay again!

Even after being told, they didn’t give us connecting room or even rooms on same floor. Got room on same floor on next day. The room cleaning staff was mostly not completing the work. For a hotel of dozens of rooms, they just have 1 trolley to move the luggage.

Nice hotel, but the pool and the fitness center were closed during our stay. Plenty choices for the complimentary breakfast. The hotel has a free shuttle to Universal Park.

Didn't give the room reserver. All floor carpet and walls are dirty and smell really bad. No body wash was available when asked they gave one soap for two people. Very bad receptionist and doesn't have any skills to be a receptionist. Stay away from this place and don't waste your money!!!

房間很乾凈，裏面有微波爐和冰箱。也許是趕上下雨，房間有股潮的味道。早餐很豐盛。去環球影城有免費的接駁車。最早一班是7:40。回來最晚一班是7:45。大概不到10分鐘的車程，打車需要$11。
