Ulasan Argentario Osa Resort

We were satisfied with the locations they offer and especially the area were the hotel is located is wonderful. In one point we were absolutely disappointed, that was concerning the less efforts they bring on the day, when we our daughter (7) lost here cuddly toy. We left the toy in the room when we checked out, but realized it several hours later. The only answer we got from the men at the reception was, that they have a rule that everything what will be found, will be returned to the reception, but there was nothing returned on that day. We left our email address, but I have my concerns if the really take this topic seriously. For them it’s only a stuffed animal toy, for the kids it is much more!

Tutto ok ma manca qualche attenzione in più come un doccino in doccia , bicchieri in bagno, cuscini un po’ più morbidi!!

Hotel molto carino. La stanza è molto spazioso con cucina. La struttura ha anche due piscine una per u grandi e una per i piccoli. La consiglio siglio

Fermati solo per dormire purtroppo, location molto interessante con piscina e punto ristoro proprio a bordo di questa. Ottima posizione.

I would not call this a "resort" since there are few services available on the property. There is no place to do laundry, no shop, no real dinning options like a caffe/bar to eat a quick bite. Their restaurant has limited hours and the only dinning option is a full meal that is is overpriced. The pool is too small for the amount of guests. There were not enough umbrellas or chairs for everyone. Most guests would get to the pool area early in the morning and leave their stuff to occupy a space, so quite often we could not find a free space to stay by the pool since all the spaces were "occupied" by guests' towels with no one actually sitting there. The public lounge/bar space is also very small and not well-kept, there were always dirty glasses and coffee cups lying around on the tables. The grounds are not well-kept, the parking area had uneven pavement and deep holes, making it easy to trip over. There seemed to be no maintenance and no regular cleaning since there was dirt and shrubs all over the place, especially under the widows of our ground-floor apartment. The entertainment "animazione" is limited, I was expecting a bit more for the kids in the morning. There were just 2 people in charge and had the same activities just in the later afternoon and evening. There is no wi-fi in the rooms/apartments, just in the public areas, and this too was either not working (during our stay it was down for 5 days straight) or very slow. They provide a shuttle to the beach but this too, is very limited. There is no option to go to the beach in the afternoon. It goes only one way in the morning and one way on the afternoon. The shuttle van can accommodate 7 pax with a driver. On the way back from the beach there were 8 passengers, so a child of about 7 years old had to sit on her mother's lap - this is extremely dangerous (not to mention illegal) since to get to the beach one needs to get on the Aurelia highway for a 15-minute drive. We had an apartment which had basically lawn furniture for kitchen table and chairs. When we arrived the refrigerator was turned off with the door closed, so there was a foul smell and I had to disinfect it before using it. Once I turned it on, it was not easy to regulate and it was either too warm or too cold! There were very few kitchen utensils, we had mismatched utensils and glasses, all of different sizes. There were no electrical sockets by the kitchen counter, so it was impossible to use any appliance in the kitchen. The bedrooms were spartan. No lamps in the double bedroom, and the single room had basically a simple bed (without a headboard), no lamp and a retractible lawn-furniture type small table for a night stand. The name "resort" is mis-leading. I was expecting a bit more for the price. It is more like a "camping-like village". The property itself is situated in a nice, elevated location, with a view of the sea in the distance. It is also a good location for planning day trips to nearby Talamone, Porto Santo

We went to the Argentario Osa Resort in september 2022. The structure of this hotel is rather old and the furniture in the rooms and apartement are desperate for a remearch, but our apartment was super clean and very spacious. Friendliness of the staff is fantastic!! I've lived in Italy since 2006 and I'm afraid to say that this country is not big in service culture, but the service mentality of the Argentario Osa Resort is absolutely outstanding! It is great and lovely to be greeted by everybody (from the cleaning lady, to the staff at the reception to the gardener) with a friendly "buon giorno, Signora" and a friendly smile. Waiters are very attentive and professional. The staff of the Mini Club (children enterainment) were very sweet with our children. I especially appreciated the "after-dinner-entertainment": good music, possiblity for children to dance, but all very soft, no stupid jokes with a double meaning or similar. All definitely very family friendly!! One advice to the management: please save energy! No need to let the air condition run in the restaurant while all doors are open. To see a waste of energy like that is rather frustrating in autumn 2022 when the European Union considers desperately how helping its citizens to pay their energy bills. The beach is like 4 km by car, but it is a great beach. Spot on clean, very well organized with a bar / restaurant, changing rooms, good facilitities like showers and toilets and it felt like a safe place to be with your family!! To put it in a nutshell: the place is quite outdated, but a fantastic hotel to spend holidays with your children! Highly recommended!

Spent one night here on our way to Rome. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff that spoke very good English. Check-in was quick and restaurant was great. Beach was offsite, but we didn’t mind. AC in the room wasn’t great but better than nothing. Rooms are outdated and beds were not comfortable. Pool was great for the kids with lots of chairs around the pool. Overall Staff A+, but rooms B.

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e consgliamo sicuramente le camere "smart" in mansarda: costano un po' meno delle altre, sono decisamente molto ampie e hanno una vista spettacolare sull'Argentario. Nella nostra tariffa erano compresi anche un ombrellone e due lettini in spiaggia, decisamente apprezzati. La struttura ha sia camere che mini-appartamenti, oltre alla piscina ci sono sul retro alcuni campi da gioco e la zona bambini. Animazione presente ma discreta. Punti negativi: assenza di ascensore, stato e pulizia delle scale che portano alle camere migliorabile, pochi parcheggi rispetto al numero di ospiti. Purtroppo la posizione non è delle più comode, soprattutto se cercate la possibilità di uscire a fare una passeggiata senza dover prendere l'auto. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante una sola sera e ci è sembrato nella media, mentre è stata piacevole la grigliata a bordo piscina che viene organizzata il giovedì sera. Un ringraziamente particolare a Giuditta della reception per la gentilezza (spero di ricordare bene il nome).

Il resort è in un’ottima posizione. Bellissima vista dalla piscina. Quest’anno abbiamo scelto un appartamento.Sicuramente occorre migliorare la manutenzione: erba incolta davanti all’appartamento che aveva un piccolo giardino e interni dell’appartamento. La struttura ha un parcheggio interno.

Venduto come vicino al mare... Da agenzia viaggi..con servizio navetta da struttura al mare..all'arrivo scopriamo che di fatto la navetta è per 8 persone...da prenotare sul presto ..che fa praticamente 10 viaggi tra andata e ritorno al giorno...quindi di fatto servizio inesistente... Quindi auto privata con parcheggio a pagamento. Struttura... Doccia ad angolo da 80 cm. Dei quali utili meno di 75... Non ci si girava... disposizione del bagno veramente assurda...dimensioni dei sanitari per i puffi... Servizio ristorazione non utilizzato e per fortuna in quanto altri ospiti si sono lamentati.... Buona la colazione.

Purtroppo avevano preso pensione completa ….il ristorante ha fatto pena!cibo reciclato dal pranzo alla cena !!!!l unica cosa si salvava era la colazione! Che c in alle16prima volta in vita mia !!!! Struttura convenzionata per gli animali e nn offrono nulla in spiaggia nn li puoi portare e nelle camere c è il giardino senza cancello quindi come posso lasciarli?caro per quello che ci hanno offerto!
