Stayed for 1 day. Well maintained property with garden view where one can chill & relax. Impressive property. Booked a rustic room. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms were provided with hair dryers and electric kettle. Breakfast was average. Overall stay was very good.

Excellent stay and specially food. Beautiful ambience of vintage resort. Friendly staffs and cooks. It is a very big property and rooms are very specious. In vintage room there is a fire place also.

They don’t even provide extra blanket also, even asked. Tells blanket also chargeable, for this climate people coming with children get extra blankets. And sometimes they won’t answer calls too for room service also, repeatedly we need to call back and food was also average

Location is superb, food quality is fine, amenities are good but lighting can be brighten inside the room and bathroom. Altogether it was a nice stay.

Worst experience in terms of room cleaning, stains and unwashed bedsheet pillow has been provided. the caretaker is busy only with arranging party and events n does not carry towards other guests at hotel. Worst fooding experience and quality as well. Only ms jessy is trying to do damage control to some extend. Noisy ambience, hotel management does not bothered about the disturbance neither for guests n nearby hospital which has negative impact of maintenance of such a vintage property. Management should not give the excuses of season or off season crowd. They should concentrate on other guests on priority rather than just concentrate only bulk revenue generated party. Then make is as banquet hall. Dnt make the guests with the expectations from resort perspective. Positive is beautiful garden well maintained. But staying experience with family. Not at all satisfying. Needs to improve. This business can't run by one person to deal with. No issue with staffs, but management needs to be more responsible for in house guests rather than party or event bookings. Lots to improve.

Excellent services, customer centricity. Beautiful gardening surrounding the rooms. All time hot water for both bathing and drinking is available. Very comfort and secure place for stay with good and respectful administration. I would rate 5/5 for my standard room.
