"The room was spacious and the view was amazing. On one side, I could see the mountaintop viewing platform. On the other side, I could see the harbor and train station below. The sunrise was breathtakingly beautiful, but the sunset was difficult to see, so I went to the terrace on the left side of the hotel. The hotel had just opened three weeks ago, and the service was excellent, with complimentary food and drinks. The breakfast was different each day and was delicious. Pola's skincare products were also excellent, and the serum was super effective. I definitely recommend the bathhouse on the first floor; it's less crowded, which is great, and there's a freezer full of popsicles in various flavors! I also recommend the terrace bar, 💯 Now, let's talk about the downsides: the bathroom was a bit small and had a sewer smell."

"尾道駅から5分程度と近く、比較的リーズナブルな価格で宿泊できるビジネスホテルです。周辺にはコンビニエンスストアがいくつかあり、駅周辺には飲食店も複数あるため、ホテル滞在時の飲食及び食料調達に困ることはないでしょう。 他のホテル同様に清潔に保たれていますが、各客室は狭めで、客席内の床やバスルームの浴槽・洗面台を中心に古さが目立ち、加えて、これまでの宿泊者の利用による落ちない汚れの跡がところどころで目立ちます。非常に不愉快、というわけではありませんが、尾道の観光の拠点として活用し、ホテルそのものを楽しむことは考えない方がいいかもしれません。 出入口にスロープが設置されているものの、固定されているものではなく且つ少なからず段差もあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。私が宿泊した時点では、客室の出入りと施錠は金属製のカギであるため、セキュリティ面でやや心許ないと感じるかもしれません。スタッフの対応はやや距離感を保ったものであるものの概ね丁寧でした。 台数はそれ程多くないですが、レンタサイクルのサービスもあるため、尾道観光に活用するといいでしょう。 This business hotel is located close to Onomichi Station (about 5 minutes away) and offers relatively reasonable accommodation. There are several convenience stores in the area, and there are also several restaurants around the station, so you shouldn't have any problems finding food or supplies while staying at the hotel. Like other hotels, it's kept clean, but the rooms are small, and the floors, bathtubs and washbasins in the bathrooms are old and remain dirt that has already been caused by previous guests and can no longer be removed. It's not that it's unpleasant, but you might not want to use it as a base for sightseeing in Onomichi and enjoy the hotel itself. " I would like to give a top grade to Beacon hotel.  it is on the second floor of Onomichi station. This time we was upgrade to a very cozy family room. we are very happy to see that is a simple kitchen. We were on bicycle travel from Imabari. Our luggage was sent to the room before we check in. Staffs are all very kind and easy communicate. Only heard one time train pass by after we slept. Bed is large and very comfortable. Very new hotel. Highly recommend!"

Specialising in woodfire cooked meats and vegetables and striving to incorporate many local ingredients in their dishes. Small and larger dishes were all great for sharing. We tried many dishes including dessert, and we loved everything. Very high quality food - especially enjoyed the woodfired pork dish. The red and white wines were also very good. We only speak English but the lovely young staff were great. Our waiter introduced each dish, explaining the local ingredients and discussing the wines and local Onomichi craft beer made with Oranges! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Breakfast the next morning was very yummy too. Thank you, we had a great stay at Soil."

"We were a group of four and stayed for two nights. The breakfast was delicious every morning, offering some local Hiroshima specialties. The sunrise from our ocean-view room was absolutely stunning. It was very convenient to have a room with futons that could accommodate multiple people, though this meant it took longer for everyone to use the bathroom. We thought a large public bath would have made the stay even more satisfying. After checking out, they kindly stored our luggage, allowing us to enjoy some sightseeing in the area. It was fantastic!"

"From the station, walk all the way through Onomichi's shopping district, and it's located on the national highway on your left, past the Lawson near the base station of the Senkoji Ropeway, near the parking lot. I ended up passing it by a little. The building looks like a renovated private home or store(?). I was surprised at how much larger the room was than I expected. They offered free water and other small items like ice cream, but they only had time until 8:00 PM, so I was able to get some water and take it back to my room just in time. The next day, they were able to store my luggage for me when I went up the Senkoji Ropeway, which was very helpful."
