Ulasan Perdikia Hill Hotel and Villas

Very poor excuse of a hotel I would have given it one star but I have given it two stars because of the lovely reception staff and the two head chefs who are so lovely and try so hard to please everyone and the one head male member of staff that seems to care as for the rest of the hotel it leaves a lot to be said, dirty cups ,dirty plates , dirty pools , the have stayed in Turkey loads of times in lots of different star hotels and this is probably the worst , room walls damp and peeling , broken sink sharp tiles and mould , holes in the walls where no extractor fan was supposed to be installed

First impressions weren’t very good and they were right. The hotel is situated in a beautiful place but it’s staff and cleanliness let it down. The lady on reception,the gent in the shop,the head chef,the outside chef,a lad from the kitchen area and the animation team are amazing. The bar staff don’t really talk and the cleaners were never seen but heard every morning at 6.30am having a natter outside my room. I don’t know why cleaners are employed here because the room we stayed in was never cleaned the 7 days we were there. They came in to remake the bed and open the window but that was it. The cleanliness of the grounds is a big let down for this hotel. There’s no pool maintenance people cleaning the pool and the surrounding area at any time of day. The kids pool has a nice scum ring around it and the large pool has some lovely grime growing in the bottom of it. AI is garbage. The only drinks they have are water,efes,vodka,gin or wine. Not ideal for a cider n disarrono drinker. The restaurant has lots of choice for meals but is like a cattle market when the doors first open. People are ignorant,rude and selfish in there. Absolutely love Ovacik but will definitely not be returning here.

A lovely well set up venue. Plenty of room for everyone, although the season was only just starting. Food was lovely with plenty of variety. Service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The adults only pool was so peaceful and not too cold once the weather warmed up. Only down side, was quite excluded and anything of any interest was a taxi (or bus ride) away

Great place to stay staff are excellent, hard working and can't do enough to please, so helpful. Rooms spotless. Number of pools to choose from , from kids to adult pools. Food great always something to please everyone. Only drawback is hill so may not be suitable for infirm people. Having said that taxis are reasonably priced and just a walk down the hill to connect to the dolmus routes

We have just spent 7 days at Perdikia Hill Family Resort. I am writing this review specifically for the Spa (I will write another for the hotel). If you get chance, make use of the spa whilst you are there! My wife and I had 3 different types of massage in 6 days; (relaxing, medical and sports). We booked additional massages after the first massage...that's how good it was! It is a family-run place, with the father (Tony), his son and sister doing the majority of the treatments. I can't recommend them highly enough. Lovely people, great prices, and a relaxing, welcoming place with great facilities.

Stayed here for 7 nights All inclusive.The room we had was a little small and dated but was ok with good size balcony.Drinks only Gin / Vodka / Wine and EFFES + soft drinks.Food was ok always something to eat and live cooking every night.Plenty of sun-beds and room around the pool.The pool areas and seating areas could do with a good clean and updating. The entertainment guys were great and the Head chef was very friendly.Unfortunately due to the overall cleanliness we will not be returning until improvements are made.

Terrible hotel with terrible staff they even don’t know how to smile how to speak people. There is no service at all in this hotel every part of the hotel they will answer you ‘NO’ definitely don’t recommend

Well what can i say 3 th time at the hotel and what can i say it is fantastic all the staff are fantastic especially Erkan who when we had a couple of issues she got them sorted straight away, nothing was too much. The hotel always was clean and tidy and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is good but people forget they are catering for hundreds of people from different country so its difficult to please every one. The location is is close enough to ***** but just far away from the noise. Perdikia Hill Hotel your like my second home and i do miss you.

Nice clean hotel lovely staff always happy to help and they do great activities with kids . Bar tender could be more professional but other wise it's good. Big thank you to cigdem and turkısh coffee girls for being so friendly and nice to everyone. Definitely made us feel welcome and we had great fun/activities with them . Thank you. x

Our first visit to Turkey and one of the best holidays. Thank you to all of the staff for making us feel so welcome. All of the staff are extremely hard working and polite. A special thanks to Serdar and manager Erkan who are both incredibly hard working and looked after us very well during our holiday. Also to Mert the entertainer, who was extremely friendly and kept everyone entertained throughout the day. Thank you very much! We will be back soon.

The location of the hotel is on a mountain. So its noticably cooler than on sea level. Breathing the air there is so satisfying. The view is astonishing. The staff is very kind and friendly, the food is really good.

I would go as far as to say false advertising, the pictures look amazing. On arrival at 1am, we were greeted by a fairly friendly receptionist. Then a guy came to take our luggage to the room, sooooooooo miserable. Walking up to the room, all I could smell was cat pee. Walked into the room and wanted to cry, you couldn’t swing a cat, very dated and just looked and felt dirty, not what I booked. My partner went to reception and was told we would have to come back at 10am to sort. I didn’t sleep a wink, felt like my skin was crawling the whole time. Not the best start! They did move our room, which was a lot more modern, cleaner and room to swing a cat… speaking of cats there are a few on the walking around, so that explained the smell. We had a walk around the pools to find a spot, pathways all need a good jet wash (every night, like I’ve experienced in all other hotels), they’re so dirty and the stench of cig butts, ash and cat pee was vile. Top pool, looks nice but the beds are filthy, they also need a jet wash. We decided to go out and about after that… Dinner time - I have never seen anything like it, feeding time at the zoo, you struggle for plates, cutlery and be prepared for a stampede, and stood on, pushed out of the way. We were all inclusive and probably ate there 3 times. Don’t expect a decent drink with your food either. Wine was like vinegar. All inclusive drinks - vodka, gin, efes Staff - some were friendly enough, main chef was always very friendly, shop keeper and a couple of the bar staff, the rest were just very rude. We tried to get a late checkout but we couldn’t, they offered us the Turkish bath as there was showers etc in there… never seen this place open the whole time we were there. Maybe it was closed as it’s pretty much falling down inside and very dirty. In all honesty, as an English family we wasn’t made to feel welcome at all, by the hotel, it’s staff and it’s clientele. I’ve been to Turkey numerous time and love the people as I’ve never experienced such racism. Outside of the hotel we felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay away from the place.

Staff are rude ,disrespectful , too many young lads , no respect especially for women . Food not good , cleaning standards very poor . Manager Erkon tries they listen till he's gone then back on their mobiles . Needs major improvement, wires hanging , glass in the games room , air hockey looks like been broken for years by the writing in the dust , mould growing on air con units . Room with a kitchen yet nothing there no kettle teaspoon , they did get me one , but the tap didn't work to clean the bench down . TV room tv broken boys wanted to watch football , not all inclusive breakfast mash , what ?? Lunch very limited , snack bar only for 2 hrs and not allowed to takeout crazy , icecream for 1 hr a day . Oh yes and drinks they run out off glasses all the time , so it's put in plastic beakers I mean disposable ones , it's a joke . Only plus beautiful location , could be fantastic but staff so rude . Report the toilet beneath the pool one night at 7pm , told would get it cleaned 8am next morning still not cleaned. I've been to Turkey numerous time , but have never experience anything like this .
