I spent 12 days here in early April. To start with, this is not a 5-star hotel, which is evident from the infrastructure of the reception and bedrooms upon arrival. The bedrooms are outdated and the bedding leaves much to be desired, but this could also be a personal preference as I prefer more luxury. The cleaning staff cleans daily and you receive fresh towels every day, but it still feels a bit shabby. The pool and restaurant area are more than satisfactory, very neat and well-maintained. The pool water is quite cold, so you need sunshine to go in. The staff is generally very polite and friendly. However, they struggle with English as the entire resort is mainly geared towards German speakers. The food is always fresh and good, with a variety of options for everyone. The buffet is always fresh, except for the a la carte restaurant, which was truly terrible – nothing else to say about it, so you can skip that. The activities team puts in great effort and entertains the kids well. There is always something to do in the evenings, catering to different preferences. The spa is excellent. Halil, the spa manager, and Methap, the masseuse, are fantastic. I think I spent more time in the spa than anywhere else. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience for kids and a pleasant holiday. Especially considering the price I booked the trip for, it was a pleasant surprise. However, next time I will opt for a truly luxurious hotel with a higher price tag. I would rate the whole experience a 7/10. I would recommend it for families looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on quality.
