Will 100 percent be returning for another stay. From the moment we opened the front door in Kinnitty Castle,we knew we were stepping into history. From the blood red carpet and the beautiful decor,it's absolutely kept to its historical heritage in a brilliant way. We stayed in the Cormac Room in the attic floor and the room was both Gothic and modern at the same time, A gorgeous 4 poster bed overlooking the window view of the front lawn it was a piece of heaven. We ate in both the Dungeon bar and their main restaurant" Sli Dala" and both were amazing. We both ate the beef dish and it was epicly tasty.Down in the dungeon I went through a fair few chicken wings as their hot sauce is unbelievable, I would return and stay again just for the wings alone so keep up the great cooking upstairs and down. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to eat for all tastes. There wouldn't be enough great words I could say about the staff, each and everyone of the staff were phenomenal and went out of their way to make our stay a magical experience, quiet a few of the staff are young and they bring in a great vibe to an old castle with a tonne of smiles and friendly attitudes. We would particularly like to mention one staff member who went above and beyond to make our stay great and that was " Seana".She was one of the friendliest, graceful, helpful and courteous hotel staff members we have ever come across in any hotel worldwide. Her knowledge of the hotel is incredible and her customer service is impeccable with a smile. She is a credit to Kinnitty Castle. We would also like to thank Martin the night porter for all his laughs and stories, he's a positive character and a great man to have watch over the hotel at night. The ambience in the great hall of the O ' Carrolls is fantastic as we had a tour around during the day and you can feel the history in the air. We will definitely be back in the near future,5 star all the way. Thank you all. Steve
