This hotel is so amazing nice view the bar and food is amazing the pool is good use I highly recommend this hotel for dates and anniversary’s

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The only thing was there was construction in the parking lot which made parking difficult. But, the property is fenced so I felt my vehicle was safe.

I like the late checkout for one o'clock even though I didn't need it was good to get waiting on my next assignment.

My one day visit was overall good, the staff was great and kind and my room was ready earlier. The room was very clean and neat, but the rooms do feel a bit outdated, so great for a one night stay.

Honestly I was so worrued due to the reviews and being in that area of Oakland but it was ana awesome stay!! The front dest were so nice and helpful, the place is so modeen and beautiful! Our room was perfect! Especially the beds! Would n will m stay here again... also its fenced up and theres a guard at the gate so you feel extra safe!

i was there one day, lobby was very clean and elegant. the room was clean but the bathroom did have a sticky stain on the floor. lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel. would i stay there again? maybe. for the price yes. but could be better with the cleaningness

The phone in the room didn't work. Door cards barely worked. No cups for bathroom. Excellent staff and liked that it was gated and it was patroled. The breakfast was really good, too

You should only stay in a tower room (not an exterior room) and facing the interior lawn courtyard (not the freeway). If you do that this is a pretty good value. A mediocre but acceptable property for a relatively low price. The immediate neighbourhood is terrible but the property is fenced in with guarded access. With a car and google maps, who cares about the immediate neighbourhood? This hotel fills up when there are events at the nearby Oakland Coliseum stadium and I understand it gets noisy and pot smoke etc. But for me now I feel like I'm the only guest and pretty darn good room for sleeping (again TOWER room Interior courtyard facing).

Most of this hotel is a noisy motel, that did not seem safe, I won't stay again.

Pretty good hotel that could probably just use a fresh coat of paint. Kinda sketchy neighborhood, but the hotel itself was nice. Lobby was nice, the bar/restaurant was nice and had good food, and the room was nice. Bit of a diamond in the rough kind of thing going.

Stay was good, the staff was amazing and super nice. Room was clean and housekeeping was very polite.

My stay here was horrible and I was only there for 2 nights but I mean it’s Oakland, The television doesn’t work, My bed was off the headboard, there was people walking around at all odds of the night screaming and fighting, I could’ve sworn I heard someone getting beat, just ghetto Chile. 10/10 do NOT recommend what a waist of $230 on top of a $50 deposit
