Monica the front desk agent was helpful with her friendly smile. The room was recently remodeled; the queen beds were comfortable. the shower was warm & hot and very relaxing. The vanity area was bright with a good amount of space. The room smelled fresh and the air conditioner was silent. Nice work!

The staff was terrible. They don't respect your privacy. You have a do not disturb sign on your door and they wait for you to leave and then sneak in. They watch your every move. Charge you fees at the end of your stay. Do not stay there. Not very clean and out dated and very over priced. The hilton down the street was way cheaper and much nicer.

Staff was not helpful and was never at the desk. Asked for a toothpaste due to lost luggage and staff gave a attitude about it and said well i have to look but never attempted to get one. No hot breakfast even though advertised.

We arrived around 6:45 p.m. and waited 10 minutes pressing alert buzzer, as well as calling to no avail. The front desk person finally arrived and said she
"did not see anyone enter the buidling". The hotel is very clean and was perfect for our needs (a safe one night stay). We watched several families with elementary age children enjoying the indoor pool. Easy access to I-64 too.

Property was clean and employees were very kind. Check-in was an easy process. Breakfast was good; basic toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Not alot of noise. We will be back if we travel that way again!

The continental breakfast wasn’t what we expected yes it to be, just waffles, oatmeal & toast & yogurt. Jacuzzi wasn’t working, they didn’t come to make up our beds just put towels in the bathroom. Other than that the location was convenient as you have lots of dining and a Wal-Mart across the street.

Not updated in a long time. Seemed like hotel was used by a lot of traveling workers.
Breakfast was marginal. A few slices of white and wheat bread, couple oatmeal packets, waffles, apple juice, and coffee.
A place to get some sleep after a long day of driving and not much more.

The room was very small, poorly lite and furnishing were dark which appeared to be used to hide the uncleanliness. The room smelled like a over chlorinated swimming pool. I will never consider any Quality Inn O'Fallon or elsewhere. My family and I stayed at Drury Hotels 1118 Central park Drive O'Fallon IL 62269. We were very happy with the facility as a whole and the surrounding area shopping/eateries.
