Comfortable stay. Enjoyed the food. The staff was supportive.

Really nice clean hotel

Bel hôtel mais chambre lugubre, pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Infrastructure et piscine très agréables. Cependant la propreté laisse à désirer… Les draps de la chambre était plein de sang en arrivant. Ils sont venus nous les changer rapidement après notre demande. La moquette de la chambre était également très abîmée. Les repas sous forme de buffet n’étaient clairement pas à la hauteur des autres hôtels que nous avons eu la chance de faire auparavant. Choix variés mais peu de goûts, insipide… Attention, les taxes et autres ne sont pas inclus dans les prix écrit sur la carte des boissons. En bref, un rapport qualité prix inexistant. Cet hôtel est trop cher par rapport à la qualité des services proposés. Néanmoins le personnel était très agréable.

在斯里蘭卡又一家嚴重踩雷的酒店……簡直都要懷疑自己的判斷能力了……完全不敢再預訂酒店的情緒一度在我內心翻騰………是我個人智商估計判斷力的崩盤……性價比最低的酒店！沒有之一～～～這個價格完全可以預訂好很多的酒店～～我預訂的價格是1900左右……簡直是這個價格的零頭都不值………用華麗的騙照來矇騙我～～最生氣的是我還真的信了………🥲攜程上放出的照片的設施根本不在同一棟樓～～這個酒店哪裡都是關着燈，昏暗的樓道，空無一人，半**的感覺真的很糟糕……環境就像國內90年代初企業領導療養院那種～～材料全部很廉價～～吃飯用力一點按在桌子上桌子都會移位…………如果價格匹配的話我都覺得是自己想省錢而選的，我願意接受這個情況，畢竟不能要求太多～～但是我是花了一定的價格這個情景就讓我覺得上大當的感覺了……而且房間隔音超級差……隔壁説啥都聽得見～洗澡也聽得見……這個價格可選的真的很多，而且最好選粉紅郵局附近～～……唉真的悔青腸子……經歷一天的路途顛簸可以去到舒適的酒店會讓人心情好很多……超級不滿

住了兩晚的金嶺還是很不錯的，酒店位置在山坡上，窗外的景色非常美，温度也要低好幾度，時常下雨，去粉紅郵局和總督府都很近

golden ridge是努沃勒埃利耶地區很讚的酒店，全新開業，來斯里蘭卡茶區值得住這感受山裡不一樣的風景🍵

很不錯 房間應該是升級了 有個巨大的浴缸 但是我沒用

位置不是很好，性價比差

I recommend it this hotel for everyone specially if you are couple in the honeymoon. We really enjoyed this magical place full of peace with the presence of the charming nature surrounding us from each side. Thank you very much because you made us have special 9th anniversary

Lovely hotel with modern furnishings. The view from the hotel is stunning.. we loved the garden area.. the staff is very friendly and excellent service..amazing food at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Spacious rooms and all amenities provided. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Great stay with views. We stayed inmountain suite with jacuzzi.. Very beautiful place in front of the mountains The skyline and sac ville in hôtel are worth visiting The heated indoor pool is one of the best features of the hotel. It is quite huge and with amazing mountain view

We recieved excellent hospitality from the hotel and food was very tasty and and they have wide variety in their buffet. Staff at every level is very friendly and supportive in any and every aspect. The environment is the coziest for the best stay you can imagine.

We chose this hotel as it is modern and beautifully appointed in contrast to the dustier colonial era hotels in the vicinity. We weren’t disappointed: the room was comfortable (biggest bed ever), the buffet had a huge variety on offer, the cocktails superb and the DJ at the Sackville bar was world class - had us dancing. The service is also outstanding - efficient and friendly.
