Was perfect for a solo traveler. very close to main train station and pedestrian area.

Great stay, all worked well and nothing to claim about.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was quite big with 3 beds, the view from the 6th floor is great. Breakfast is OK.

Beautiful hotel.

It is in a convenient location with friendly service, but staying in a room facing the street will be disturbed by noise.

The location of the hotel is very good, all sights are within easy walking distance. Parking is not possible directly at the hotel, but there is a parking garage 5 minutes away. Costs €15/day, which is OK for a big city. The room is small, but well equipped, the bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom area is also good. The best thing was the breakfast, fresh waffles to bake yourself included.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the central train station and next to the city tower. The price/performance ratio is not very high during the exhibition, but the transportation is very convenient. The mattress is uncomfortable I quite like the hotel's breakfast. There are not many varieties, but it can meet the needs of different groups of people. The milk is divided into categories. This is still very careful. In addition, check-in has to be at 3pm, so it’s not possible to go in advance. Maybe it’s because the rooms are full during the exhibition.

The hotel is not far from the train station, at the intersection of Alstatt Street, and surrounded by many restaurants.

My room was clean and tidy. We were also happy with the breakfast; my son was particularly pleased with the fresh waffles.

It is disappointing to operate under the brand Accor Group Ibis. The elevator makes the sound of a lift used in a construction site. You can hear all the movements of all visitors. You can hear everyone coming and going in the hallway. I can hear the door opening and closing in the other room very well. People's voices are basically heard, and footsteps are heard too well. I can hear several fans working outside. Due to people entering and exiting even after midnight I was wearing earplugs because I couldn't get any rest or sleep. The bathroom shower booth is small, but the door doesn't close well. There is a loud noise when you close the shower door. The cleaning is a mess, dust rolls on the wooden floor. Carriers spread out on the floor are scratched. In this situation, there are two towels, no cups, and no electric kettle. This is the level of affection. It's a waste of facilities to give points for location. It's the worst.

My husband and I used it in late December 2022. Walk underground towards the old town of the station, and the hotel is right after you exit. It is the perfect location as a starting point for sightseeing. The receptionist was a multilingual speaker. The room and bathroom were clean, but the drain in the shower booth was a bit clogged, so I was concerned. Breakfast was typical in Germany, but I think you'll enjoy it as there is a waffle maker. I was too full to eat. They will also store your luggage, so sightseeing before check-in and after check-out is no problem.
