Amazing stay at the hotel with great amenities! I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in Nungwi, Zanzibar, with my friends. The hotel was very clean, which was important to me, and the pool was cleaned everyday and perfect for relaxing. The spacious rooms made our stay even more comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of activities. The location is also perfect 3 minutes walk to to Nungwi Beach, with beautiful excursions by the sea just a short distance away. You can watch the sunset. What truly made this stay special was the friendliness of the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. They make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!! We will definitely be coming back!

숙소는 정말 가성비는 꽤 괜찮았는데 숙소에서 체크인을 기다리는데 트립닷컴 측에서 숙소로 예약내역을 전달하지 않았다고하네요. 30분 정도 기다렸습니다 그리고 저희가 예약했던 방과 다른 방을 받았어요. 수영장 물은 락스를 너무 많이 뿌려서 저와 제 친구는 몸에 두드러기가 올라왔습니다. 화장실은 물이 안빠져서 샤워 부스 물이 출입문까지 세어나갔어요. 바퀴벌레는 덤이에요 하지만 전반적인 서비스는 나쁘지 않았습니3ㅏ

這是非常差勁的一家餐廳！第一，我預訂的三床，到店衹有兩床房；第二，我的預訂是帶露台的，也沒有；第三，到店後沒有立刻辦理手續，房間等了半個小時以上才分配到，且房型不一致！ 這大概是桑島最差的一家酒店、其實更應該説是旅社！完全不能匹配星級！最後就是房間刺鼻的氣味非常大！ 圖一是分配給我的；圖二是我預訂的！ 強烈差評！表揚攜程及時處理，退房！

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet hôtel et sincèrement ce fut ma meilleure expérience. J’ai fait énormément d’hôtel dans plusieurs pays et celui restaura mon préféré. C’est un hôtel à taille humaine dont le personnel et le propriétaire prennent vraiment soin de leurs clients et cela quelque soit l’heure du jour ou de la nuit. Ils sont toujours pleins d’attention. Il n’y a aucun problème de sécurité, vous pouvez laisser vos affaires sans aucun risque. La nourriture est bonne, la piscine agréable, et l’hôtel bien situé pas loin de la plage et des magasins ainsi que de tous les restaurants. La wifi est super, les chambres ainsi que tout l’hôtel est d’une propreté remarquable. Je remercie particulièrement Monsieur ALI pour nous avoir accueilli et pris soin de rendre agréable notre séjour, ainsi que son équipe MWINYI ET MWANTAMA, EMMACULETA, RAJAB (et ses super pancakes), HASSAN, ABDULRAHMAN, et tous les autres que je n’ai pas cité. Je le recommande !

The hotel is superb, excellent service and very accommodating. We enjoyed our one week stay and would love to come back over and over again. The manager was quite helpful and always smiling. The location is very good as it's close to the beach and we recommend them anytime you visit Zanzibar.

This hotel was a fantastic find. So much so that I returned 11 days later for another week here. Perfectly laid out with all of the rooms surrounding a large, clean swimming pool. Facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The friendly staff are amazing and keen to assist with anything you need. I travel a lot to Zanzibar and this is the best hotel I’ve found over many years. Perfectly located in Nungwi, minutes from the beach and everything that comes with that. Highly recommend.

We had a good stay in this hotel. We were offered 20 min of massage included in the stay. Mr. Mohammed AA ziz was very polite and gave us a good massage. Good price was paid for it. The beach is just a few minutes away and there are lots of places to visit at night.

Amazing hotel, the food was delicious, and the rooms was so clean, the staff was very helpful and the pool was clean, We stayed there for 4 nights we felt home, the hotel is 5 mint walking to the beach which is nungwi beach was amazing beach the water was like crystal, The mattress is very comfortable and clean, I can't wait to come back again to this amazing hotel and the most kindest staff ever

This place is a nightmare. The pictures on their website are incredibly deceiving. They only show the newer building. Canary 1, as they call it, is in a dark alley. The room we were put in was not fit for anyone to stay in. no shower glass, rust on the hoses in the shower, holes in the ceiling and wall, and the bed was like concrete. I immediately spoke with the General Manager to move us or issue a refund. We were moved but not the new building. The room service was insane. We would have the Do not Disturb sign on the door and they would still come knock several times. Sometimes early in the AM!!! Towels were taken but never replaced. It was always an issue to get fresh towels. We paid for half board and NEVER ate there. The food they expected us to eat upon arrival was atrocious. Seem to have been there for hours. The gala dinner, by the way, was a complete rip-off. For $100 per person, the food was Cornish hen, grilled tuna, Seafood rice and some sort of Curry. That was NOT WORTH $100. That was on regular menus. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are okay though they don't provide more than 1 bottle of water, 1 coffee if you are staying for more than a day. The breakfast is basic, the staff are not friendly at all they seem to be bothered by guest requests. Not suitable for large groups. If you are going to stay here i would advise to book bed only.

We were supposed to check in today. The room was prepaid through Agoda, and confirmed several times from the hotel on Mail and WhatsApp. When we got to the reception, they told us that we had to pay $100 each and join their new year’s celebration. If not, we would not get our room. We declined, as we already had plans for NYE, and did not want to pay $100 more per person when the room was already paid for. They said that we couldn’t get our room. We asked for a written statement about what happened, where they changed their explanation. There it said that we were supposed to pay $150 more per night because it’s high season around NYE. It’s clear that they tried to scam us to get some easy money. After three hours of phone calls in the reception, we managed to get a refund, and booked another hotel. The manager confessed deleting bad reviews online, so I guess this one will be gone soon as well :-)

Amongest good hotel in Zanzibar and nugwi it’s canary hotel I use to go several time to delvery and take friend for tour it’s quite place good place for chilling and enjoying you holiday, Good view and not far from beach 🏝️ safe place in nugwi.
