Brilliant hotel, always enjoy staying here and always return. The room is a fantastic and the staff are great.

Really no bottle of water in the room. Room size was good enough. Hot water was good. Reception was nice. The carpet was too old to be cleaned. Heater was not that efficient that just better than nothing. Room located at different level which you feel get lost in the corridors😅

Good location, near city centre and good service, room in modern style, perfect for leisure, easy access for parking

Stayed last night really enjoyed it the rooms was lovely and clean and the beds are so comfortable had a great sleep

由於車程的延誤，所以比較夜才入住，他們24小時可check in 服務很好，另外設施有泳池和健身室，還有cafe 和酒吧！撞啱歐洲杯賽，氣氛好好，下次再來，另外會推薦朋友

Terrible view from room and noisy air-con all night. Noise from below floor with guests scraping chairs on solid surface. Very annoying. All staff very nice and friendly. Leisure facilities very good although should be included in the price if you’re staying in the hotel.

Disappointing - just a well decorated Travelodge. My room was stiflingly hot with no aircon and windows that only opened an inch. When they were open, the room filled with flies and directly out side of the window were a hole range of tatty ventilation ducts. Breakfast consisted of a very limited choice. For what it costs I expected better. On a positive the gym was pretty good although The Village's policy of charging hotel guests to use the gym does grate.

My wife and daughter were staying at the hotel for a swimming competition, firstly they were given room number, when the key didn't work they went back to reception to be told a completely different room number. Having been told on reception the age limit on swimming after 7pm was 13 years, my wife and daughter went down to the pool and were told my daughter couldn't swim as after 7pm it was adults only as they weren't insured, when back in the room the TV didn't work, having reported this on the app, no one came to sort the issue or even acknowledged the issues, my wife got on hands and knees and sorted it herself after over an hour. Then at breakfast my daughter was 13year so charged for an adult breakfast !!!

All was good. I don’t personally like the self check in style reception. Maybe it’s an age thing

Our stay was good. It’s self check in so you don’t get made aware of breakfast times etc so we missed out breakfast as it’s stops at 9.30 am which I I think is very early.

Great spa facilities and good for public transport into city. Noisy for one evening with D.J in bar playing until midnight. Rooms not soundproof at all!

Very comfy bed and all staff were absolutely lovely! Pool facilities were excellent. The restaurant food was good portions and quality. The only downside was with noise as our room shared a door with the next room, and the rooms were not very sound proof so we could hear the neighbours talking very loudly, walking around/using the bathroom. Luckily they only stayed one night though! Plus was awoken by small children sprinting anf shouting up and down the hallways, that were clearly left unattended by their parents. This was not the hotels fault, although the rooms may benefit from some soundproof doors 😂
