I have stayed at many Premier Inn Hotels and this by far is the best. The staff are pleasent and very helpful. The room was brand new, fresh, clean and looked fantastic. The bed was comfortable, giving me a great nights sleep. The bathroom was also new and the shower was great. Top marks to all the staff for making my stay so good.

The room was comfortable and not as noisy as we expected due to its location. There wsa a pedistal fan provided which kept us cool during a hot spell. Hotel the pleasent stay was let down by Disabled Parking spaces being occupied by cars not displaying blue badges and staff not doing anything about it when it was reported to them.

I was really impressed with everything. I booked in an emergency situation and I was treated incredibly well. The staff were lovely and the room was gorgeous. There was a nice powerful shower, it was very clean throughout the facilities were well maintained and a nice big fan was placed in the room which was a blessing after sitting in a hospital all day. I couldn't have asked for more.

From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed with the kindness and efficiency of the team. We were initially placed in a room by the automatic machine that unfortunately was near some building work and had an unpleasant smell. Just as we were heading out to see if we could be moved, Lewis was already on his way to help us—before we even asked! Lewis and Karen couldn't have been more helpful. They moved us to a Premier Plus room, which was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, spotless, and so relaxing. I travel to Nottingham regularly for fertility treatment, and having a peaceful, comfortable place to stay makes all the difference. .We’re so grateful and will absolutely be staying again for our next hospital trip. Thank you, Lewis and Karen.

Great stay. We arrived on the day they had just got some of their brand new rooms back. The team specially allocated us to the new rooms which made our stay. Will be staying again when in Nottingham. The new rooms are fresh and have everything we needed for the 1 night stay.

Look at them stains on the bedding! We have stayed here every year for 7 years, every April and won’t be doing so anymore. On arrival, our beds were not made and had to request some bedding at 11:30pm. This in fact was reported to the reception. (This took 30 minutes for someone to sort for us). Once someone arrived with bedding, we unravelled it to find this! ‘If you don't sleep well at a Premier Inn, you can claim a refund on the affected night as part of their "Good Night Guarantee". To do so, you should inform the reception team about the issue, and if they can't resolve it, they will guide you on how to make a claim’. We have followed each step as highlighted and requested a refund. I have been informed that their policy is that they only provide a refund if I notify the reception (which we did the morning after) but how are you supposed to notify the reception of a bad nights sleep until you wake up?

Mandy was really helpful and resolved a few issues straight away and it was lovely service Mandy realised that me and my colleague was working night shifts and put us in a quieter room so we could sleep throughout the day She made the stay very enjoyable

The hotel is really good and clean all the staff are very helpful but plus they also remindMandy and Ais on reception are really cheerful and help you a lot when booking in and showing what to do when you are on a meal deal or meal allowance and reminding you to book your car / van in

Very disappointing stay due to the building works being carried out and the inappropriate comments made by building contractors stating the noises they were making should wake people up. Sounded like they were about to come through the ceiling

Nice clean tidy hotel on the way in to Nottingham. Friendly front of house staff and a nice breakfast with plenty of choice of hot and cold food to start your day. No issues at all here would stay again. Nice touch to offer free refills in bar for kids soft drinks

This was my first stay in a Premier Inn and I was impressed with the size and quality of the room. The bed was comfortable, good size ensuite and TV. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay and staff were friendly. Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I had an extremely bad experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we entered our room, we were disappointed. The room was freezing cold, even though the outside temperature was below freezing. We expected the room to be warm and comfortable, ready for us to relax, but it was far from that. To make matters worse, the heater wasn’t working. We had to go to reception and request a room change. The second room wasn’t much better – it was cold as well and took over two hours to heat up. We were forced to sit in the cold with our kids, unable to relax. This was unacceptable and has never happened to me in any hotel I’ve stayed in before. The problems didn’t stop there. Later, when my friends (who had booked two additional rooms) came to my room to chat and spend some time together, one of your staff members followed them, knocked on my door, and when I didn’t open it, he unlocked the door himself and entered without permission. He rudely demanded that my friends leave, claiming we were being too loud, even though we weren’t. He then threatened to evacuate us into the heavy snow if my friends didn’t leave the room immediately. His aggressive and unprofessional behavior left us feeling unsafe and humiliated. My kids were scared and traumatized by the incident, and it completely ruined our stay. I’ve stayed at Premier Inn many times before and never had such an awful experience. Their rooms are always warm and welcoming, and their staff are polite and respectful – unlike what I encountered at your hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lack of basic hospitality, professionalism, and respect for guests is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I stayed at the Premier Inn Nottingham West Hotel at the end of November 2024. We had been visiting friends in Nottingham and we were staying overnight before returning to Lincolnshire the next day. We had emailed and asked for a ground floor room not too far from Reception and we were given an ideal room just along the ground floor corridor. The room was quiet and cosy and we had everything we needed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, keen to ensure our overnight stay was good. We ate in the Beefeater next door - a two course meal with a drink in the evening and then breakfast the next morning. Access to the restaurant was, handily, just along a corridor from the Premier Inn reception - no need to go outside. The food was quite good in the evening and the hot breakfast in the morning was cooked to order, a definite plus! Overall, a very good stay at this Premier Inn and we will certainly stay here again whenever we are in Nottingham.
