We've stayed there a few times now. Really like the executive suite, with the additional space, two tvs, and high ceilings.

The hotel and service is excellent. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. Complimentary breakfast is great, lots of good options. If you are looking for luxury and high end, this place is not for you, this place is more family friendly and cozy. They maintain the hotel very well.

Very noisy, too much traffic nearby. Pillows are nlt good. Not a single bottle of water in the room. Staff at front desk is not great, very robotic, don't go out of their way. Came here because in theory "no pets" are allowed... there were pets all over.

Really nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Not a fan of the bottle shampoo, conditioner, soap in the bathrooms and the walls and windows are thin. You can hear noise from hallways, adjoining rooms and the freeway in the back.

It was extremely loud with kids running up and down the hallways for hours. Called front desk and nothing happened. Beds are a bit hard and pillows are too large, caused a kink in my neck. The hotel was clean and the service overall was great. Maybe bad timing for the stay.

Upon arriving to check in, I was immediately told they had no rooms available for me even though I made a reservation through *******. They proceeded to tell me because I had booked through a third party, i.e. *******, their inventories of rooms don’t always match to actual inventory. Upsetting to say the least. Front desk was nice and could tell I was frustrated due to just driving six hours only to be told they had no rooms for me. Ultimately, she was able to get us a room just not the kind we booked. We were able to make it work, being as tired as we were, hade to accept our fate. Don’t know where the disconnect is between ******* and the hotel we booked but extremely frustrating.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. I didn’t get all of their names, but I do specifically remember O’Ryan. He was awesome!. Housekeeping staff were just as friendly. The rooms were very clean. All their staff smiled and said hello as they approached you. Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean & in good condition. Except, that we had a lot of noise & loud banging on the door, from the room next to us. It was rather noisy. We felt very uncomfortable.
