Akomodasi yang berlokasi strategis Ada kereta bawah tanah di depan hotel. Kamarnya luas dan kasurnya sangat nyaman. AC di kamar sangat dingin. Sarapannya enak dengan variasi. Harganya oke, worth it.

Fasilitasnya relatif tua, tapi masih bersih. Merupakan hotel bisnis yang layak. Dikatakan sebagai hotel bintang lima di Bangkok. Lokasinya relatif jauh. Nyaman untuk bepergian dengan kereta api ringan stasiun kereta ringan di sebelahnya, cocok untuk pertemuan dan bisnis.

Fasilitas hotel sangat baik, tepat di sebelah light rail dan transportasi yang nyaman. Seharian serasa ada rombongan tour, lift ramai, dan sarapan serasa hotel bintang tiga di China

The staff are friendly though the cleaning is a mess. I stayed for 3 days and the cleaning staff did nothing but make the bed.

Drop off for baggage was inconvenient Receptionist was not friendly Room was ok No reminder before breakfast closed even many guests were still having breakfast ... so terrible!!

Saw some negative comments and was worried about the stay. Our 2-night stay ended up with great satisfaction. Room was in good size and clean. Breakfast could be better but overall worth of money.

False advertising for their rooms. They post photos of their newer rooms in the new tower when I booked but when I show up at hotel. They gave me the old building rooms which are super run down, the paints were chipping off their furnitures and the bathroom sink holes are rusting. It was only when I went to front desk to ask them about this they then tell me only grand deluxe rooms above are in the new buildings. But on their listing their twin rooms were also photos of the newer room/ design. It feels like they will try to put you in the old rooms unless you pay for upgrade or you complain. And this is my 2nd time staying with them. The first experience was unpleasant as well because they gave me a room with no warm water in the shower. Their technicians would claim the water is warm when it is room temperature. I had to pay for upgrade because the room they gave me is old and dirty. Feels like it's a scam every time I stay with them.

the worst 5* hotel I have ever booked, I would describe it as max 2*! The lobby is really nice, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is ok, but then it's over. The room is a disgrace and totally overpriced. The prices in the restaurant are 5* but not worth it. There are cockroaches in the room, there is hardly any water coming out of the shower when there is hot water, the furniture has been painted over but is still dirty and damaged, the entire inventory is totally outdated and the mattresses are sagging. Terrible and therefore once and never again.
