The hotel room was nice and very spacious. The food was average and breakfast was often not ready at the opening time. I had random knocks on my door by staff for no reason. One at 2am and another the same morning at 8am. Neither was wanted! I found the security guards outside to be more friendly than the staff inside! It was not what you would expect from a Radisson.

I had the pleasure of spending four days at the Radisson Noida recently, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I can state with confidence that the personnel at this hotel is the most sophisticated and well-served of any 5-star establishment I've been to in Delhi and the NCR. A wonderful staff welcomed me right away and went above and above to make sure I had a great stay. I would especially want to thank the following people: Sales - Avnish, Reception - Prakash , Houskekeeping - Saddam & Anuj for beautiful towel art/note. They are aware of this and work hard to ensure the guests happy.

Very good service Devendra, Deepa & Mukundi from Radisson team is very supportive and helpful. Arrangements for airport transfers and local runs were perfect, and the concierge service was always attentive. The breakfast is great and I never get tired of eating it every day.

Greeted by contagious smile of Ms.Deepa and Ms.Mantasha, even though we were too early to checkin...they provided extreme support to make us comfotable while waiting for our rooms. Good hospitality and staff. Masala tea during breakfast was authentic North tea (recommeded to have in Glass not the cup)

Had a great stay at Radisson Noida. Very spacious rooms and necessary amenities. They have multiple restaurants that serves amazing food. Mantasha and Rikta at front desk are very attentive and provided very friendly service. They can arrange for transportation at very reasonable cost.

Excellent service provided by Creative kitchen staff in Radisson blu Sector-55 Noida. Nice and cordial staff who were available and assisted and served with a smile on their face. Will recommend others to visit Creative kitchen staff to enjoy

I am coming here for last 11 years and it is my home away from home - excellent service price and quality specially NCR area - they will go beyond customary service to make you comfortable - can add all the names but it will be too many to add- Also Tatva Spa is must visit

Pleasant stay. Impressed by the all Staffs at hotel. Their behaviour with guest had been excellent. Special thanks to Abnish and staffs at front desk who are very courteous and co-operative. Restaurant and hospitality service was also very good.

They know zero hospitality. I being a club carlson and premier radisson rewards sincw last 17 years , but this hotel values a fig. I went for a businees meet in their cafe and offered my card on which i get f&b discount , while making payment i went to dineout to make payment, the f&b manager was so headstrong that he was arguing me with that i cant make payment with dineout... Radissom noida either your staff needs to get educated or they really dont know what are card statuses and what is Dinners club.. The f&b manager was just not accepting , well if such are the headstrong staff you have educate them !

Amazing staff, very comfortable stay. Would like to give a special shoutout to Mantasha and Hardeep for being extremely helpful throughout our stay, the pool is a lil small but otherwise everything else was good. i would Definitely recommend
