Ulasan Hotel Mahoroba

Suite dengan onsen pribadinya luar biasa. Sampo rambutnya juga bagus untuk rambut saya. Tidak dapat menemukan produk perawatan wajah/kulit (pembersih wajah, losion wajah) di dalam kamar. Namun lokasinya bagus, 7-eleven tepat di depan hotel, Anda selalu bisa mendapatkan sesuatu di sana. Dan dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke tempat-tempat wisata tersebut. Makan malam dan sarapannya biasa saja, .

Saya tidak tahu mengapa saya membayar lebih dari 900 dolar AS dan mendapatkan hotel tanpa sistem pendingin udara. Ketika Anda mencoba membicarakan masalah ini dengan staf hotel, mereka hanya berkata maaf karena mereka tidak dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris dan satu-satunya solusi mereka adalah membiarkan Anda membuka jendela 🙄 Lokasi hotel dan ukuran kamar tidurnya bagus, tetapi layanan yang mereka berikan tidak sesuai dengan harga yang mereka tetapkan.

Agak rumit untuk menempatkan tamu kami di sini. Akhirnya membayar lebih mahal karena hotel tidak dapat dijangkau dan sulit berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Inggris

Hotel Mahoroba is a comfortable hotel with public bath included regardless of whether you are using it or not, you will still be charged. It is directly opposite the ropeway to Bear Park so it is an experience to take the ropeway up. There are many souvenir shops opposite the hotel as well as eateries and a convenience shop 7-11. It is within walking distance of to the Hell Valley where the hot springs are. You can also soak your feet at the foot bath at Hell Valley. If you are lucky enough, you can also see deer in the grassland nearby. Go for the dinner & breakfast included package as there is a wide spread of food at the buffer tables.

The onsen was excellent, with 11 different baths to choose from. The baths were spacious and varied, with a large outdoor bath where you can really feel the fresh air. In the evening, the women’s onsen is located on B2 floor and stays open until 3:00 AM. Dinner was great with a wide variety of dishes, and breakfast was also diverse and delicious. The hotel is large with many rooms, and there’s turndown service provided by the staff. The location is convenient, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained.

There’s sulfur smell in the whole town 🤣 But the hotel was great! There were many hot springs to choose from in the public bath. The room was nice and spacious too. It’s 5 minutes away from hell valley, would recommend!

Western bedroom for our old parents so that they dont need to lower their back to lay on traditional japanese futon. They had weak knees and back already. Room quite tiny just sufficient for luggage and a bit turn around. Service are good, buffet dinner and breakfast are delicious and wide variety

This is a resort and suitable for families with kids. Big onsen and got slide inside. Dinner is the best which got unlimited crab for dinner. Hotel got bus service from Sapporo, need to email to hotel for arrangement. Payment at the hotel check out.

We chabged room from the suite with private onsen to a normal twin room. Ofcourse a big difference in amenities and meals. But overall still amazing stay. Important that room is clean and I manage to try the public onsen, it was huge but sadly not much of a view for the outdoor one. Extremely near the bear park, walking distance, and near the busstop to go to Jidai Village Overall great stay.

Hotel very near to Jikokudani and you can walk around 10 mins. Hotel is old but cleanness and staffs also nice and helpful. They can manage all guests systematically and easily. The best things for this hotel is onsen which have more than 12 bathtub. Very impressive and enjoy in this hotel.

Fantastic experience with 8 types of onsen pools!! Buffet dinner with unlimited crab legs and sashimi completes the experience. Super convenient with the bus stop outside the resort and walking distance to jikudani and the bear park. Will definitely stay here again!

Maharoba Hotel exceeded expectations with its fantastic buffet. The snow crab was fresh and flavorful, and the beef was perfectly tender and juicy. A must-visit for food lovers!
