He kept complaining until the very last moment, and his attitude was terrible on the return trip!! Avoid this shop!!"

"Facilities: The room amenities are well-equipped, including disposable facial tissues. The automatic curtains are a bit fancy; I wouldn't have known how to use them without an explanation. There's also a small swimming pool outside, and I saw staff changing the water and tending to the garden. Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the common areas were tidied frequently. Environment: The common area on the first floor is fantastic, and the front desk has a unique touch. I originally planned to stay one night after touring the lake to see the 'water blossoms' and leave the next day. However, the beautiful mountains and waters convinced me to stay an extra day, and I spent an entire afternoon relaxing in the common area – it was incredibly refreshing! From the description, it seems the hotel has been specially designed throughout, and the common areas are genuinely beautiful and perfect for photos. The complimentary photography session also yielded some good pictures. Service: The service was good and responsive. When visiting Lugu Lake, you either self-drive or hire a car. A full day touring the lake at a leisurely pace is plenty. This place is perfect for unwinding; the scenery of the mountains and water is much more expansive than places like Lijiang Ancient Town. It's definitely the right choice for a relaxing getaway. However, there were a few minor downsides. Firstly, the sink in the room was very high. They said it was specially designed for washing hair, but it was really inconvenient for washing hands and face. I'm not particularly short, but even I found it uncomfortable to wash my face. While there could be a step stool, I personally don't like sacrificing convenience for less common uses. Secondly, I found the bathtub design a bit crude; I had no desire to use it. Thirdly, the afternoon tea was nice, but it could be more varied, though the latte made by the staff member was delicious."

Staying there felt open and relaxing. The courtyard was meticulously maintained, with various flowers and plants beautifully arranged. Sitting in the courtyard, enjoying the breeze, and soaking up the sun was incredibly therapeutic. The inn's amenities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool for a relaxing dip. If you're driving, parking is absolutely no problem, as there are plenty of spaces. All the facilities are solid and reliable. The breakfast was plentiful, and my child loved it. The staff's service was gentle and thoughtful. When I asked about places for tie-dyeing experiences, they patiently gave me directions and detailed tips on making reservations, saving me a lot of hassle. The entire establishment feels uncommercialized, quiet, and cozy, perfect for a short stopover or a leisurely vacation. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lugu Lake."

"The hotel is fully equipped and upgraded our twin room for free. The room is equipped with a diffuse oxygen supply system and a fresh air system, and the Dyson hair dryer is really great! The room was clean and tidy, and there was a fragrance as soon as you entered. It was really comfortable. The hotel's service was also very attentive. Our personal butler Ye Zi was a very caring and enthusiastic butler. She helped us with our luggage and took us back to the room. She also introduced us to the local food culture and was able to solve our needs in a timely manner. Because I am taking care of children, the children also like to play with Butler Ye. The hotel environment is nice, the sunset is beautiful and there is an outdoor swimming pool for swimming. The restaurant also offers a variety of breakfast options, including American, Chinese, and vegetarian. We ordered a portion of each, which was very filling and tasted very good. We only booked one night this time due to changes in our itinerary, and will definitely stay a few more days next time."

When we checked out, they overheard that our car was parked in a different lot, so they graciously drove us there in their own car (even though the parking lot was only a few minutes from the hotel). You can feel their genuine warmth and hospitality at all times. I've already recommended it to friends, and my daughter says she wants to stay here again next time we visit Lugu Lake. It's truly, truly, truly excellent!"

For those who love taking photos, you can head to the rooftop – it feels like you're on vacation in Santorini. Absolutely loved it!"

I usually stay in Daluoshui, but this time I wanted a change, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right by the roadside, but you can see the lake right from the window. The hotel is quite new, with full voice-controlled smart features, and the bedding was very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lake is just a three- to five-minute walk from the hotel, offering beautiful sunsets in the evening and sunrises in the morning. There's a garden between the lake and the hotel area, perfect for a stroll after dinner. There's also a small pier, making it convenient to take a boat tour on the lake. I've heard it's even more beautiful in the summer when the seaweed flowers bloom, and I look forward to seeing them next time I stay."
