"The room was small, especially the bed, which was very hard and uncomfortable with the springs. I didn't sleep well, and I didn't get a room upgrade. My platform showed that the upgrade was confirmed, but when I got there, they didn't give it to me. I used points to redeem for welcome fruit, but they didn't show up. They told me they didn't have any. This is a bad review for the service. The lobby is okay, but the buffet breakfast was limited and not very tasty. It was cold."

There are also no restaurants nearby."

"The room was OK, the kettle was leaking a bit, the back of the hotel was Corning Lake, the environment was OK. The wind was so strong during the days we stayed there that willow and poplar catkins were flying all over the sky and I couldn't open my eyes. The breakfast is simple, but it has everything you need. You can also make your own fried eggs. It's my first time."
