Very good stay, hotel location is ok with ample parking space, food is excellent though was a bit disappointed as continental dishes were not available due too busy schedule of the hotel with banquet bookings and all. Amenities and other services were also excellent.

I had a pleasant stay at the grand asansol. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable experience. The staff were courteous and professional, ensuring excellent service throughout my visit. In-room dining was prompt, and i found the prices of both food and liquor to be reasonable. Overall, a great experience!

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Location is very good and safe place - in-front of pi-lice line, food is average, high spicey, continental indian & chinese costly foods are available, traditional steamed india (specially bengaly) food & curry not available. Amenities is average good, hot water working geyser, 24 hrs lift, silent diesel generator, ac, tv, room cleaning available, refreshed towel, shampoo regularly updated services of reception counter is very good, 24 hrs. Good shift wise manager available & security counter are always ready to prompt comply.

Located at prime location with easy availability of public and private transport the staff are very polite and very friendly and helpful the room amenities were good and clean but the bath towel provided was not clean recommended for budget and comfortable stay
