Not bad of a hotel but would definitely expect better front desk service.

Good location, very close to the mall with big supermarket. Rooms are quite good overall with nice staff.

Clean and good service

位置很不錯，酒店環境和外部設施挺好的，但是內部放假設施有點一般，熱水也不太熱。酒店前台英文不太好，要東西一般都聽不懂也無法提供。這點體驗不太好，除此之外都挺不錯的。

環境還是很好的。很有芭比風格。前台小哥也很友好 看我到的晚 還給我了一個免費飲料。入住要交3歐左右的税 按人頭算。

Un hotel maravilloso, moderno y cuidado además de cómodo en el cual nada más llegar te sientes como en casa. El trato fue muy bueno por parte de todos en especial por parte de Andrada que nos trato con mucha amabilidad y una sonrisa en todo momento, nos hizo la estancia muy fácil desde el principio y nos ayudó en cualquier duda que nos surgía. Cama muy cómoda, Tv muy grande y habitación limpia con detalles como la cafetera que hicieron una delicia de nuestra estancia. Enhorabuena Pam Hotel y Andrada en especial 👏

スタッフの方は丁寧な対応で、室内も清潔感があり気持ちよく滞在することができました。一点、シャワーを浴びると洗面スペースの床が結構濡れてしまう点が気になりました。でも総合的に満足しています。

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were lovely and really helpful. The rooms are well equipped and nicely designed. Breakfast was great with a great delection. And the hotel bar is nice to stop by and have an evening drink. Really great hotel overall.

It was a great holiday, very nice location, and Andrada our receptionist was great, fabulous, she was very helpful, we needed a lot of information about Nice and she was there for us every time , always smiling and never bothered about our questions. It was a great experience!

Nicholas & Lea couldn't do enough for me from prior to my arrival to the day after i left kindly letting me leave my lugage. I cannot empathize their customer service enough they were perfect 🩵!!! Hotel was stunning & querky loved it! Even made my birthday special. Thanks beautiful humans :)

Lovely hotel , great location , felt safe . Friendly, helpful staff , Saber behind the bar , was an excellent host , we stayed all evening instead of going out listening to the live singer . Reception staff , very helpful .Hotel very clean , helpful water station in the hallway of our floor .
