Keluarga saya pergi ke Air Terjun Niagara untuk merayakan ulang tahun pernikahan saya yang ke-20 bersama istri saya. Kamarnya bagus. Bisa menampung 3 orang dewasa dan 2 anak-anak. Tempatnya hanya berjarak 15-20 menit dari air terjun. Semuanya bagus, stafnya juga sangat baik. Satu-satunya hal yang kami sarankan adalah menyediakan ketel di kamar untuk air panas, sikat gigi/pasta gigi, dan sandal/sandal selop yang bisa kami gunakan saat berada di dalam kamar. Mereka benar-benar menyediakan air panas dan kopi serta teh gratis di meja resepsionis. Mereka juga menyediakan microwave untuk memanaskan makanan. Secara keseluruhan, tempat ini luar biasa! Terima kasih Days Inn.

I booked this hotel with trips.com, when I tried to check in they said there’s no reservation for me even though I showed them the confirmation number, they said trips.com didn’t send the confirmation to them, and I need to contact them myself. I asked them to borrow the phone so I can call because my phone is prepaid, and they said their phone doesn’t work to call outside, believe it or not, and they couldn’t help at all, so I contacted trips.com through live chat, the rep was so helpful, she contacted the hotel directly and was able to sort out the issue, then the guy from the hotel said he gone above and beyond to help me and he’s not supposed to. I found that’s funny because he didn’t help me at all from the beginning until trips contacted them. So I told him I was not satisfied with how he handled the problem initially, then he apologized, but not sincere you can tell by his tone of voice. In terms of the hotel, it only has 2 floors, the 1st floor is kind of in the basement, the carpet is very old, but the room is clean. The heater wasn’t turned on, the room was cold when we arrived. The heating system and the washroom fan were very loud, so we have to turn off the heat in order for us to be able to sleep.

The service was not too bad .... The coffee maker in the room was not working properly. But the price of the hotel was worth it .... Overall I would give 4 stars ****

It is cozy, clean and calm hotel in 3 floors with almost old equipments. The beds were really comfortable but the heating system in the room was as old as my grand father and noisy. This hotel charges C$27 per night for the outdoor parking plus tax which is not fear at all.

It's a nice place close to the falls.

It’s very clean hotel but very small

This hotel it’s a great stay for 1-2 days not more than that. For my family it was two days as we were there to visit the Niagara Falls and continued our trip. We were given a room facing the pool which was not the best as the room smelled lots of Clorox n of course more humid. Breakfast in a bag, please go across the street for the $10.99 deal. Thanks.
