位置不錯，設施一般

位置特別好！相當於上海的南京路，離地鐵很近，附近吃的很多，英國宮也在這條街上。著名的熊抱樹，總過去10分鐘。 就是房間的吹風機真受不了，用30秒，需要休息2分鐘，除此之外都不錯。

ホテルの立地、スタッフの対応、朝食メニューのどれも期待以上だった。特にレセプションのスタッフは観光目的の我々に極めて役立つ情報の提供があり短い滞在時間を無駄なく過ごせた。ホテル（グランビア通り）とアトーチャ駅を巡回する無料バスの紹介は非常に役に立った。一点考慮してもらえるなら部屋にティッシュペーパーを備えて欲しい。

Hotel muy lindo, aseado y exc ubicación

Located at the heart of Gran Via Street. Easy access to the Metro stations, Gran Via & Calao.

The front desk was very rude, they placed us underneath a room that was undergoing massive construction early the morning and all day. It was not a good experience, but they did move us our last day there.

非常舊的酒店，但地理位置超好，在馬德里市中心，基本去所有地方都可以步行。 我們要的雙床房在四樓和六樓之間的夾層，不知道是不是所有都這樣。

Muy cómodo, bien ubicado y con gran servicio

The best location,breakfast its just okay just little choices.This hotel don’t have sleepers,water just two bottles,no tooth brush,coffee’s and tea’s not refillable and sorry but overall experience was not so good..but location is the best.

Buenisima ubicación!

I chose this hotel because of the location, and I'm glad I did. It's right in the middle of the two must visit areas in Madrid; Parque el retiro area on one side and Palacio Real area on the other. Located right on Grand Via with great shopping sites and Metro stations nearby. The hotel has an upscale feel, the room is spacious and the staff was friendly and professional at all times, they even lent me an umbrella when I needed. For location, convenience, great atmosphere and a fair price, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel muy bueno y la ubicación inmejorable. Habitaciones sencillas y limpias, perfecto para venir a hacer turismo en la ciudad. El personal muy agradable y amable, muy buena experiencia.
