Superb hotel. Location is good. It’s easier to take Grabcar around. There’s some miscommunications about room cleaning but the hotel resolved it professionally. So, there’s nothing to complain. Breakfast is various.

Had booked another hotel close to Melia, which didn't like at all, and started searching for another one, thankfully was lucky to go in and ask the staff to the reception of Melia, which by the way were very polite, helpful, professional service, I could understand that am going to have a perfect 8 days stay at this amazing place just by taking to the staff members, and didn't disappointed a bit The rooms are perfect, spacious enough, very good service, very clean, just how a 5 star hotel should be Visited the Spa, I think around 5 times.. The prices are similar with around the city, but the facilities are ten times better, and the best service i had ever experienced from the host , Kim and the therapist Duyen, ( hope got right the names 😀) Overall , was just a joy and very relaxing with very good memories at this property, definitely will try this brand another places as well My best wishes to the whole team and staff members ❤️

The pool only open until 6.30pm. It is a small pool and always overcrowded. However, the room was spacious. Convenient location.

Friendly welcoming staff. They helped us purchase passes for VinWonders and set up all the registration so that when we got there we could just go straight to the entrance line. We had a group of 10 and we all had a great stay there.

더위를 많이 타서 더우면 잠을 잘 잘수 없는데요.. 이 호텔은 객실 온도가 25도 이하로 절대 떨어지지 않네요. 에어콘 바람나오는데서 체크하니 25.5 도 나온다고 이정도면 괜찮다고.. 온도세팅을 5도로 해도 26도 밑으로 떨어지지 않고 밤 10시에 방바꿔준다고 30분 40분 기다리게 하고 바꿔준방 똑같음 또 30-40분 기다리게 하고 결국 매니저가 환불 해준다고 해서 체크아웃 했는데 다음날 트립닷컴에서 호텔에서 그런말 한적없다 ? 저는 영어에 문제 없구요. 호텔 직원이 영어에 문제 있었던거 같은데 확실히 기억합니다. How can i sleep here, i cant What i want is not changing rooms, Cause all rooms same What i want is check out and get refund 그랬더니 자기가 매니저 라고 하는 요리사 모자쓴 직원이 그래 그럼 okay 알았다 라고 하길래 체크아웃 했는데 뒤통수. 시장바닥같은 호텔 가성비 좋은줄 알았는데 가격이 싼 싸구려 호텔이네요 스파도 했는데 외부 아줌마를 불러오더라구요 청바지입고 길거리 마사지 스타일로 마사지 하는데… 호텔 마사지… 예약 왜 했나 싶었네요. 이호텔 하드웨어는 레갈레아 골드와 같아요. 가실꺼면 그냥 가격 저렴한 레갈리아 골드 가세요. 수영장도 레갈리아 골드가훨 좋구요.
