Ulasan Empark Prime Hotel Beijing

Stayed with a smaller hotel before this hotel so had a benchmark. Was surprise that for the price paid, service was not that good compared smaller hotel. Stuffy room, no robot to deliver takeaway food to your room (collection point is location outside the main door). Felt that it is not suitable for family with young kids. Walkable distance to Wangfujing Main Street but there are also other hotels that are walkable to the main Wangfujing street too.

Thanks to the wonderful team at Empark Prime Hotel Beijing, my husband and I had a really memorable stay during our trip. Special mention to Mark Wang and his team for attending to us when we first arrived, and preparing a nice surprise in the room. From the moment we arrived in the hotel, I could feel their warmth and good service, making us feel really comfortable and taken care of. Also special mention to Nora (at the lobby service) for ensuring our needs were attended to promptly, very helpful and friendly. On top of all these, the hotel’s amenities and facilities were also clean and well maintained. The housekeeping service was really good, ensuring we have a clean and tidy room to return to everyday. The hotel is located at a very convenient area - walking distance and close to the subway stations, convenient stores, and the nearby shopping streets and many restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely choose Empark Prime Hotel again when we return to Beijing!

I had a great stay. From early morning checking in, delivering my special pillow, to handling room cleaning. The staff was friendly and timely. The concierge staff (Alan, Mr. Li and Mr. Wang) tag teamed to book transportation for me. Great location for walking around and visiting Beijing tourist attractions. Reasonable price for good service. Highly recommend it.

Great location, very good services and nice amenities. I would come back again. The only minus point is very bad wifi connection. I had to use my phone internet for the whole period of the stay.

Would highly recommend staying here if you’re not a native mandarin speaker. Mostly everyone spoke English and it’s on par with most major hotel franchises. 10/10 for me.

Centrally located in the Beijing city. The Palace Museum, Wangfujing & Tiananmen are in walking distance. There is also a subway next to the hotel. Hotel room is clean, wide range of choice for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is new and clean. friendly and approachable staff. Location is fantastic. There is a subway station (line 8) just opposite the hotel. Line 8 can bring us to all major sightseeing spots which is fantastic. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for us.

The staff is what makes a good hotel, from the general manager to Hank at concierge or David the front desk manager we were given a 5 star service. Highly recommended.

With the price I paid, I was expecting a better than service than the other hotel. Surprisingly the service was not that great. The aircon in the hotel was very hot and we have to ask for a portable cooler

Great hotel for its price Modern designed. Hotel was nice to allow early check in and late checkout. Only negative aspect is the room temperature seems to be centrally controlled during winter season. Can’t seem to get it down enough.

Very convenient location,highly recommend to those who are coming to BJ for the first time. The staffs are super friendly and helpful.

The design of the room is modern, and the size is decent. Need to walk 7 to 9 mins to Wangfujing.
