Such a perfect little hotel. Right on the coast with with a beautiful view. The staff were so kind and accommodating. Cannot recommend enough.

The double rooms on the front (sea view) are pretty nice. Gorgeous beach is overlooked. Staff are nice and friendly. Ignore the reports that this was a place holding asylum seekers. Classic UK seaside hotel.

Great location and nice sea view right in the centre of town , short walk to the beach and shops , pubs etc . Stayed for one night , hotel was clean and got it for a great price , only thing we didn’t get a breakfast and was an extra £20 but Wetherspoons is just up the road for a breakfast . Would recommend this hotel if you want a cheap stay in Newquay 👍

Lady at reception was very helpful and allowed me to move rooms. The first room was very problematic. This hotel needs a good refurb and clean with the excellent location it has. Breakfast was basic and I was sat in a spot, watching a huge skip, blocking the sea view.

The property is right in front of the sea. Beautiful view from my room.
The radiator did not work but when i wpoke to reception, straightaway i was given a heater.
The toilet flushing system was bad. You had to wait a long time for it to fill up before flushing.

Reception staff were amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Faultless.
Toilet was broken and took a very long time to fill back up after each flush. Room 206. Shower curtain instead of screen meant the floor was soaked after a shower.
Bed was rock hard. Very uncomfortable.
Room was spacious; dated decor but with a brilliant view. Not particularly clean.
Parking is limited so get there at check in time.
