Ulasan Hotel St Pierre, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

This stay was hindered by the lift being out of order for the 4 days we were there. The room was spotless as usual, we had a room at the rear of the hotel which suited us better it was quieter. There was quite a few inconsiderate guests this visit, it is Christmas so we expected some party goers but noisy good-night and plans made to meet for breakfast from 12.30 through to 4am stopped any hope of sleep. The other three nights were fine as usual. There was also an issue parking due to a Christmas party. Hotel patrons should have priority, perhaps each room having parking allocation would help. We will be staying again in the not to distant future as the location is ideal for us.

Back again for another nights stay. Choose this hotel again as it was just what we needed last time Great customer service on the reception

Vert friendly welcome, the reception area was spotlessly clean. Our room was ready, it was also spotlessly clean and everything I required was at hand. We had a blocked sink on our 2nd day, it was all sorted by the time we returned to our room. The hotel decor is a little dated but that was no matter. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed here before for a special occasion. Room was great. Same again. Food is very nice and reasonably priced. Happy friendly staff. Good ameneties close by. Family friendly as well.

Staff lovely and friendly. Hotel renovation just means rubbish paint job, new carpet. Bath large green stain that can't be missed, shower old, doors damaged. I stood on safety pin in middle of carpet and cleaned sink/bath has found hairs in both. Cooked breakfast cold. We used to love this hotel but not anymore.

The staff were very good and welcoming, they even got us decaf teabags for breakfast. The food was excellent in the evening and breakfast improved after a bad start. Enjoyed our stay despite the renovations that were ongoing, would definitely visit again.

Stayed here over a weekend on a visit to see family. We had a lovely big, clean room at the front of the hotel. We ate at the hotel in the evening and the food was really good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great, with a choice of cooked breakfast (vegetarian option) and a cold breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel were the staff who were extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely be booking again. It was extremely good value for money!

The hotel staff are always smiley and always happy to help. In particular a lovely man who came to help me when I broke a glass and it shattered and went everywhere at 22:15. Thank you so much Hassan, you were amazing. You and your colleagues work super hard to make the hotel what it is. Thank you! :)

The hotel was in the middle of a refurbishment, however the reception , dining and bar area were lovely, also our room on the 3rd floor was lovely .The staff were excellent, extremely friendly and very professional an asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Absolutely spotless clean , I stayed on the second floor , bed was really comfortable, great nights sleep , drinks at the bar really good quality and priced very reasonably, staff were all very friendly and polite , all in all I would definitely stay here again

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it the same as last time. The reception area is bright and welcoming. The staff were pleasant too. This area leads into the bar area which again is is bright and airy with comfortable seating. You can buy meals here and breakfast was served here too. Much nicer than the restaurant which is rather dark. The food was very good with a good choice for breakfast. We also had an evening meal and that was very good too. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The only downfall of the bedrooms is that they are too dark. There are no ceiling or wall lights only lamps. This is not too bad at this time of year but last year in November was a problem. I would still stay here again though.

Staff were excellent, room not quite up to the mark. Room really needs an overhaul and update. Noise from neighbouring rooms was also an issue. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Parking was very convenient.

I cannot believe I’m writing this review, but here we are!!! We have stayed here plenty of times and never had an issue. It meant that much to us that my partner and I booked our wedding here. Everything was going great but a few weeks ago I noticed on social media they had gone quiet and posted nothing. But thought nothing of it at first, now at 38 weeks pregnant I find out my wedding is cancelled…. Through my Auntie, not the hotel, my AUNTIE!!! They didn’t even have the audacity to call me. All the while, last week the wedding coordinator reassured me it was ok for guests to start booking rooms!!!! They must’ve known. If she’d not rang I’d still not known!!! We are truly devastated. Luckily for us we have found another venue at a lovely manor in Leeds. A lot CHEAPER!!! So a blessing in disguise really. Mel the head wedding co ordinator didn’t even seem arsed when my partner Stuart rang up to see if what my auntie was saying wasn’t a misunderstanding. All he got was a “it’s nothing to do with me” well I’m sorry but it’s a lot to do with you!!! Please avoid this place when or if it should reopen!!!
