Perfect for a stop off coming back from holiday. We couldn’t be bothered driving home so booked a night at the premier inn. It’s a bit old and tired but comfie bed, friendly and helpful staff. Good pub across the way. Free parking. If we wanted any extra bits the lady on the desk was helpful.

Stayed here for one night before our holiday. Large comfy room, good nights sleep on a good mattress. Plenty hot water. Friendly staff. Would use again. Easy access to airport and Metro into city. Next door to pub serving decent food and drinks.

Family room with an infant booked ( 8 months old baby) but put on the top floor no lift . Mouldy damp room Receptionist wasn't interested when reported it just said we have families downstairs..... Having a baby isn't a family 🤷🏻♀️ Very disappointed as usually it's an alright stay

We have just stayed one night in this hotel and cannot fault the service and sleep quality but the room itself was damp and mouldy. You could see that the staff had tried their best to clean this but I think that Premier Inn needs to look at a refurbishment on this hotel. I would not stay here again which is a shame as it’s so convenient for visiting family. I can’t comment on all rooms but room 35 had a damp smell and mould on the ceiling.

Excellent location with free parking. Metro station 2 mins walk and less than 20 mins into the city centre. Rooms comfortable and staff very friendly. Ideal for airport or exploring the local area. Good pub next door with excellent carvery all day. Will be back.

Mouldy bathroom doors disability access a joke! Not allowed early check in despite advertising so! Avoid like the plague! Really disappointed food is limited and no consideration for particular dietary requirements. Staff on reception always in the office with door closed

Friendly staff on reception. Rooms are old but still comfortable, could do with a refurb but for the connivence of a 1 night stay before going on holiday it did the job. The restaurant next door do nice and cheap food too which is a bonus for us as we didn’t want to go out our way for food.

Whether you like this hotel depends on what you are looking for! We have stayed at several nearby and this is the least good, but it is also the cheapest. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the staff friendly. It offers free parking and is opposite the Metro station so the location is convenient. The building is quite old and tired, it if you just want a comfy bed and convenient location at a budget price this fits the bill. We won’t be going back, however.

Stayed here as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Dated doesn't even come close...... Pub next door had great food though, but our stay was spoilt as in the morning there was no hot water, no matter what we did with the shower controls. Emailed a complaint and was offered £25 refund..... So much for their good night guarantee. There's more choice around the airport, and we definitely won't be staying here again. Our room was in an annex, upstairs.
