Very convent to walk to most attraction place. Breakfast is the same as the rest of holiday inn hotel with basic supply.

The location is perfect just little more than 5 min from NewCastle Station. The Breakfast buffet is perfect English Breakfast I had in recent times. I liked the quality of mattresses for comfort sleep.However, cleaning was not perfect when I checked in on first day. I stayed in total two nights. Overall, comfortable stay for couple of nights!

Brilliant location for the Arena, town and train station. Receptionists were really helpful and kind and let me check in early. Breakfast was fine. Would definitely stay again.

Trip was for family reasons, location is excellent for rail station and all local transport across the city, local amenities all in walkable distance. Spacious room with all basic needs provided including free breakfast. Pleasant hotel staff always keen to assist

Nice location! it's walking distance to the train station and city centre. There's no parking lot in hotel but Grainger Town Car Park is just next to the the hotel. Would recommend to stay here when you visit Newcastle.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and the facilities good. The breakfast was of a good quality. The only slight negative were the pillows (not comfortable for us) but overall a great place to stay.

Nice location, near the train station. Nice and friendly staff. The room is clean, with basic equipment provided. It would much better if a small fridge was included. Free breakfast was nice.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Arrived at 1.30am with no problems checking in. Thought there would be some issues due to the time I arrived but zero problems at all. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from train and bus station so the location is great. The metro is also very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly. I would have no hesitation staying at this hotel or recommending it to others.

Big room, friendly staff, early check in is permitted if room is ready. Walking distance from railway station and attractions, quiet zone.

Excellent service especially the receptionist at the counter, they are absolutely very helpful and friendly, fast check in and breakfast is fabulous. Location is perfect, it is closed to all amenities, I will definitely book it again.
