I booked a solo room for one night and my stay was good. It was clean. Breakfast was good. I even have another booking for 2 nights the next day… 😊😊😊

The location of the hotel is safe. The room was clean. The receptionist on our 1st day needs a lot of improvement especially on customer service however the receptionist on our last day was very helpful and accommodating

The wall is too thin……..

Clean room with nice service.

The worst place I stayed in since I came to the United States. I chose this place because it is close to the subway station. In summary, it is at the level of a small roadside hotel in China. The elevator is very old, the room is very small and cramped, and the room smells a bit musty. The water for the shower is also very small, and it is very uncomfortable to take a shower. The hair dryer is very dirty, and I have to clean it myself before I can use it. Needless to say, the quality of the hair dryer is not good. The good thing is that the air conditioner is not noisy (maybe the air conditioner in my previous stay was too loud), and the street is not noisy, so I won’t be woken up by these noises when I sleep at night.

The hotel is located in the Chinese district, surrounded by many Chinese restaurants and supermarkets, and convenient for eating. It is a 7-8 minute walk from the No. 7 subway station, which is very convenient for going into the city. The hotel facilities are good, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich.

The room is smaller and more expensive than the Times Square Hotel in Manhattan: There is a garbage sorting site next to the hotel. Chinese people spent 1,400 yuan a night. It feels too bad and I am not used to living there.

The hotel has an airport shuttle, but there is a fee. It costs US$25 to go to LaGuardia Airport, and hailing a taxi costs about US$20. To go to JFK Airport, the fee is about 35. Hygiene is not very good, the shower room is relatively small and the floor is dark. I also found a small insect when I was taking a shower, which was washed away. The floor mats also looked dirty. Most of the hotel staff are Chinese, and their service awareness and attitudes are poor. The environment is not very good, there is a construction site opposite. There are many Chinese restaurants and snacks around, as well as milk tea and barbecue. The room is not big, but it has a refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast is the simplest combination of Chinese and Western meals, with not many varieties, including bread, eggs, beef patties, barbecue sausages, white porridge, oatmeal, meat powder and pickled mustard. For a hotel like this, it costs more than 2,200 per night, which is really a scam! In short, I will not come again in the future, and I advise everyone not to be deceived again!

The walls are very thin and you can almost hear the voices in the next room. I don't know the cause, but when I slept on the bed, my body was itchy and I couldn't sleep much. There was no problem with reception at the front desk.

The hotel can use Chinese. There is no parking lot attached, but there are many parking lots nearby. One day, it costs 7.5 yuan for three hours. The breakfast is so-so, and the bathroom is well cleaned. In addition, the air conditioner is not independent and it is very troublesome to adjust the temperature. You need to contact the counter.
