i enjoyed the stay in this place because its clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. The neighborhood is monitored and the Liberty Avenue subway is nearby.

The hotel was in a very inconvenient area, nothing nearby. The photos of the rooms were nothing like what they were really like. Would never stay here again.

Stay was overall just fine, no complaints that are very major. Hotel was clean and staff was okay. Security guards were a bit extra but most people in New York were.
Can hear pretty much everything going on in the hallways but it didn’t bother me much as I just needed rest period. Bed was comfy, loved the bathroom modern look.
Aside from hearing the area wasn’t the best, i’d probable book again.

Hotel was noisy, dirty and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. You hear every noise from the hallway and it was very hard to get good sleep.

This is a budget hotel which is situated in a rough area and the furniture is partly broken. They take a deposit of you and want a further deposit for coat hangers!
That said, they cleaned the room everyday and the staff are pleasant.
The area around the hotel is run down and the hotel has some low quality guests - noisy and the rooms smell of smoke / ****
I was forced to this hotel because the one I booked could not honour my booking. It was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again.

I stayed here on multiple occasions and never had to pay a cash deposit until now. The clerk clamed its under new management but thats untrue as the staff was all the same.

Two notes:
- the hotel doesn't have bathroom facilities for it's employees. They relieve themselves in the street in front of the hotel.
- the hotel is next to a school bus depot. The depot starts it's activities at 5.30am and the activities involve loud outdoor PAs. You won't be able to sleep last 5.30am
