Most of the negative reviews about this hotel are correct. My room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was helpful when he finally showed up. Still, it was not a good stay. There is no true lobby. Instead, there is a desk behind glass. People from the streets walk in and out of the hotel and go up in the elevators at will. There is just too much activity from the streets there. In short, I would not stay there again. I made a mistake by not reading the reviews before booking.
