Ulasan Arlo Midtown

I love Arlo. I stay at Arlo pretty often. But this time was off. I came back to my room in the evening, they cleaned it, but they didn’t take out the trash from the terrace and it started the rain. And I didn’t have coffee capsules (pods) at all. I called to reception and girl was like oh do you have a coffee machine in your room I was like yes I do. And a guy came at 11pm and was cleaning the terrace.

Room is small but it’s very clean and modern . Location is perfect and lots of restaurants around . Love the memo board ppl can write the note there, such a good memory ! Definitely I will come back again !

Great hotel, very comfortable. Reasonably priced considering NYC prices. Location is not too far from central touristy attractions, but this neighbourhood is a little dangerous especially at night.

Very upscale and unique hotel located in New York. They have a scent which you will not want to leave, actually I purchased this scent from them.

The hotel is very new and in a great location. It's just a few minutes to Times Square. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around it. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it! The service is very professional. The front desk will try directly when you make a request. It's professional and made my first trip to New York amazing... If you mind a small room, you can consider it again. It's really small, and the checked luggage can't fit in it😅

It's located in the center of New York, so it's easy to get around. The room was small so it was a bit inconvenient to leave luggage, but the hotel itself was clean and nice. Recommended for those traveling alone!

The location is only 4 blocks away from Times Square or Pennsylvania Station, which is convenient, but there is no coffee machine in the room, no hair dryer (probably missed, I later asked for one at the counter on the first floor)
