Best Western Jamaica Inn

Kualitas pelayanan di hotel ini memang sangat rata-rata dan rasio harga/kinerjanya tidak tinggi. Saya benar-benar tidak percaya ini adalah jaringan hotel Best Western.

Parkir gratis dan dekat dengan JFK menjadi alasan saya memilih tempat ini, namun dekat sekali dengan jalan raya, malam hari berisik, dan fasilitasnya sudah tua. Ada sarapan gratis

Staff couldn't provide me with a printed receipt - disappointing. Nothing healthy about the breakfasts - only white bread, sweet pastries and juices full of sugar. Appreciated the fitness room.

Run from making a reservation in the western Inn hotel 🏨 Very nosy and lots of construction going on.. NO SLEEP

Mattress so thin I feel like I’m sleeping on wood. No towels in the room. Had to go down to office to ask for towels . Room and halls stink

When you thinks getting money by way or other is the right thing to do because you post something in refunds policy yes you maybe can get the money for. The customer whom flight was cancelled d he lost more than the greedy hotel can imagine we as humans we still feel the other pain and suffering so we act as humans and not Machines The question getting money in such Wayne legal but for sure inhumane for sure (it was just 119$ and just few hours after the allowed period just 3 hours ) and they never pick up the phone that night My self my family and all friends I know we will never recommend this hotel for being establishing the greedy bloody business

No light from above in the room, only from nightstand. Loads of mold both in room and in the water closet. The AC unit was loud and in the way and traffic outside aimed their headlights towards the window so even with curtains it was like flashlights all throughout the night. The overall feeling was so bad that we even left before breakfast.

Upon checking in the room. There was wet paint on the bathroom door. Damaged my clothing.

The hotel is a bit older, but it seems to be well kept. The front desk staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable. My complaint is that it is located right along the Van Wyck Expressway so there is so much traffic noise! I could not sleep because of all the traffic noise. I've lived in NYC, so I'm accustomed to noise, but not on the inside. Most window panes are double insulated to keep the noise out, but this hotel has obviously not invested in those window panes. My 2nd complaint is that maintenance [tried to] opened my door one morning at 10 AM to fix drapes while I was asleep. Fortunately, I had the bolt on the door so they were not able to enter. I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, so I'm not sure why they thought it was ok to enter. He said that he knocked, but I'm a light sleeper and there was no knock. I heard them outside the door, but didn't realize they were just going to enter. It startled me, so I screamed and they hurriedly left the door. He later apologized after I went to the front desk to complain. If there's a sign on the door that says do not disturb, DO NOT DISTURB!
