Really great place to stay

The room was very small but bright ana as pictured. There was an issue with cleanliness. Staff was efficient and lobbybwas nice.

Smooth check in process and the bar area downstairs was really nice. And roved on a Friday evening and they had a band playing. Room was clean and comfortable, the room category I had was a very small room. It was fine for me but would be a push for 2 people comfortably staying there

Room was a shoe box. Efficient and clean, but if you are 2 people, one person will have to climb over the other to get in and out of the king bed. One chair, and sink and wall desk in the room. Rain shower was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful and lobby was a great place to hang. Very close to Chinatown and Lower East side.

It’s New York. The room was tiny and the building was maybe a little older. But it was clean and comfortable and the tiny room was well laid out and appointed, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was close to where I needed to be and an easy walk to Chinatown, little Italy, and the Brooklyn bridge.

This hotel was lovely to stay at. The location was perfect and was central to everything. Conveniently located near the subway station, restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel had a cute aesthetic to it with a nice bar and cafe for the morning. The staff was very friendly. We stayed to visit the AIRE spa which was right down the street and there were many restaurants in walking distance to chose from. We would stay again.

The shower drain smelled musty and it lasted the duration of our trip. Our first room door wouldn’t lock for some reason, so we were ushered to a different room. That lock worked, but there wasn’t a chair in the second room, which is good and bad because of the size of the room (typical NYC size) even for a King Corner. For our trip that wasn’t a problem because we were rarely in our room. There is no in-room coffee, but there is an option to request it. We opted not to because there is a cafe downstairs, and if you choose that route, get a pastry, they were AMAZING!

Everything was great aside from the pillows. They fill like sacks filled with cotton balls. Definitely need an upgrade.

The room was gorgeous, staff were friendly, and there were plenty of events occurring both inside the hotel and nearby.
