Poor breakfast option. Too much people. The room the gave me faced the garbage disposal area for the congruence of building and you could see the staff battling the rats when putting the trash out (makes you wonder how clean is the hotel itself)

Breakfast was poor, breakfast room was dirty. Ice machine was dirty. I suffered from diarrhea after using ice machine.

Very nice location, easy to get here from Herald Square. Famous Japanese Ramen YI Lan is just nearby, you save waiting time! Breakfast is good.

Right in the center but already very old. However, ideal for events in Madison Square Garden as it is within walking distance. Parking is also possible across the street with valet, but it is also very expensive.

The bed making was alternative but everything else was good.

The ratings online are not high. I have stayed in other chain hotels before and thought they should be good. When I actually stayed, it was still ok. There were a lot of people staying there and the breakfast was OK. Although I didn't understand the language, I could see that they were all very welcoming. The bad thing is that the air conditioner is too loud, as is the case in most American hotels.

The location of the hotel is strategic in Madison square close (but not too much to be confusing) to Times Square. It should be noted that, however, it is located in a busy street with the stadium next to it and if there is a match in the evening, you can hear it!! Satisfactory breakfast included with the possibility of making your own waffles :). The room was spacious (for two it was fine) there was no hairdryer and it was immediately brought to me by the very kind reception girls. Average price in the city.

The hotel is located on 31st 6 Avenue, which is very convenient for shopping. At the same time, there are various restaurants around. Don't have too much expectation for breakfast, the average American breakfast. One of the waiters at the front desk needs to be improved, very unprofessional.
