Strategic location. Near mydin supermarket. Many restaurants. Not quiet at night. Just in front of the road. The room is very large. Very suitable for four people. The room is ok and clean too. The air conditioner is cool and satisfying. Improvements: - the bathroom window handle is broken and needs to be fixed. - the door lock or latch is broken, please fix it. - the toilet floor is quite slippery, like it wasn't scrubbed properly. Overall good. A comfortable hotel for families.

5 star service because I arrived at 3am and he was still there for me to check in. The location is quite far from Ipoh town. The room is okay and clean, just have to go up the stairs, there is no elevator but it's only 3 floors so it's okay, just a little tired. That's all, if you park at the hotel and don't plan to check out before 7am, please pay for parking because the other day I left at 9am, I got a parking ticket at 850am. Everything else is ok

Big room (family suite)..just enter the room with a pleasant smell..you know the smell of paint and the smell from the carpet outside..aircond is slow to cool down..at 3 in the morning the aircond is no longer cold..there is a spacious room for prayer.. it's only 12 o'clock in the morning right at check-out time and then the electricity goes out.. if you want to check-out late, you have to bring your room card to renew the system.. how do you know you have to renew your card.. when you ask about late check-out the hotel staff doesn't Tell me directly to renew the card..
