nice hotel. room is spacious as well as the bathroom. will definitely come back again.

Had a lot of troubles with the room, and the hotel was very slow to correct. We had booked a room with two double beds, but they didn’t actually have any available. Instead they rolled in a very dirty cot for my 5 year old daughter to sleep on. Not much in terms of breakfast either, more of a cafe style supply. Location good though.

Il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude plusieurs matins, et de l’eau marron sortait du robinet de la douche. Nous avons contacte l’hôtel mais ils nous ont dit de passer par Trip pour la réclamation, et peut être obtenir un geste commercial de leur part.

The hotel is out dated for sure! We booked a suite, when we got there we were told it wasn’t ready. Ok. Then we were told that the water was contaminated so they gave us another larger suite. The bed was super uncomfortable, the rug was dirty, the bathroom was small and also dirty. There is a huge crack in the sink with mold. The pull out couch was a double at best with a mattress no thicker than 3 inches. My daughter woke up with a very sore back. If this room was supposedly a “top of the line” room for the hotel, then I would absolutely hate to see the other rooms. Even the employee at the front desk who was dealing with another person said this hotel is not up to date and is behind the times. Antiquated for sure! Stay elsewhere for comfort and cleanliness. I will say the staff that I dealt with were all very friendly, polite and helpful.

Hotel appears to be in process of renovation, which it needs. Very clean and comfortable but carpets and decor are quite dated. Great location with close subway stop giving easy access to all parts if NYC area. Food in hotel limited but many good nearby restaurants. Will be staying here again.

Staff was great ! Beds were a little too small, a little trouble with heat and water temp which was temporary but otherwise good hotel.

More of a business orientated property. Would not recommend for families as the area is surrounded by commercial buildings and not close to shops or restaurants. Rooms were average, property is massive so you have to walk far to get to your room. They sent us to the wrong room and then asked me to come down and get new keys which was ridiculous. Parking was the worst experience given they have this garage attached to the hotel but not run by the hotel and is old and extremely difficult to park your car in the tight spaces, especially if you have an SUV. The whole property is old and could use a massive update.
