I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by Shawn's poor behavior. She didn’t make me feel welcomed or appreciated and even spoke my name loudly in front of other guests, almost as if I were a disobedient child. This felt both condescending and unprofessional, setting a negative tone for my entire stay. Shawn made me feel as if I should’ve gone elsewhere. While the room was nice, with great interior design, and the location was excellent, those positives weren’t enough to outweigh the rude front desk staff. After that initial encounter, everything else just felt off. The service was lacking, and I couldn’t shake the uncomfortable feeling from that first impression. Given the nightly rate, I expected a more welcoming approach from better-suited staff. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, nor would I consider returning. It’s a shame, as a positive check-in experience can really set the tone for the stay. I hope they address this issue for the benefit of future guests.
