Hotel was advertised as having sound proof rooms which was not the case. I could hear yelling & screaming by various guests as well as the guest's TV next door around 4:45AM.
I booked the room in the hope that I would have quiet for at least one night so it was a somewhat disappointing experience.

The room is nice and look clean. I need to pay $4.36 at the property for service fee during the check in . I paid $5 cash. I did not receive back of my change. While in the room, asked for Wi-Fi over the phone… the receptionist said it is on the key card or back of the key card. The key card was white. I couldn’t see anything. The chain door guard of the room was not working.

Everything was good, the staff was nice. Having NO ice machines was the only thing i would say i was not to pleased with but the staff informed me that the hotel is new. So Im understanding, definitely coming back!!!

It’s a comfortable and cheap place to stay central and close to the airport. My only issue is I think the temperature control could be better

I can't complain much about the premises they are well kept. Perfect hotel for a quick weekend in NYC.
Suggestions
Please tell housekeeping employees not to slam doors nor talk loud in the hallway early am.
Get some fabric softner on your towels, they look n smell clean, but the are hard like sand paper.

The most I love about this is that even though it’s busy around that area once you inside your room you can’t hear no outside noise. You will definitely get some restful sleep and the shower is beautiful

There’s construction going on in that area so it was loud. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and easy to find the hotel.
