Good experience from here. Very relax after try their hot spring. Will come back again someday

Was greated by a rude receptionist on duty Upon check in. Room condition was good. Hot Spring experience was excellent! Facilities at the hot spring is well maintained. Dinner was at the restaurant. Had hot pot. Good variety with seafood. Unfortunately, the mala and white cabbage soup was terrible! Spoiled the entire meal. Not cheap

Second time visit the place ever since after covid. No changes on the place and amenities. still love it because of the scenery and also the weather. But some area like the room jacuzzi is already being low maintained. Many algae. Other than that is perfect.

We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect hot spring for all kind of trips. Amazing for families too with perfect spots for youngest to enjoy. There is only one thing to complain: the quality of the food, we had breakfast (pretty decent), but lunch options are really limited, not much veggies to add in your plate and not very healthy options. Also, the cut of the meats weren’t the best, so the meat we tried was really hard to chew. The staff, specially in the main building are really helpful and kind. I

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort! The service was fantastic and everyone was really friendly and so helpful. The Hot Springs are directly at the hotel area and we also had one on our balcony as well. The use of the whole Spa area is included in the room fee and is totally worth it. We would recommend to come on weekdays, if you want it more quiet and less crowded. The Breakfast was great as well, they even had a section for vegetarians! We hope to come back soon!

Hated my experience here. Inconvenient location and real lack of transportation options. Before entering Taiwan I attempted to contact the hotel and assess transportation options with no response. Once entering the country and realizing the huge transportation issue (basically you must drive yourself or take an exhorbitant taxi) I attempted to rectify the issue with Trip. However, there was really no help. I regret making this booking and I really regret using Trip as well. Just awful experience. I highly recommend choosing a hot spring resort at Beitou instead.

Quiet and got relax!

陽明山一帶的酒店，天籟環境相當一流，員工服務態度亦都好好，很熱心幫助人，特別那一位，我們一到步接待我們的叔叔，他很熱心地介紹陽明山、金山有什麼特別的地方及簡介，感覺很親切。 房間方面，面積很大，加上半開放式溫泉房簡直係一流。

網絡訂房介紹與實際入住體驗的差異 1. 交通服務：酒店標註提供交通服務，但費用極其昂貴。以從台北到陽明山為例，自己打車大約衹需800新台幣，但酒店提供的交通服務費用遠超預期，性價比極低。 2. 隱形消費：入住後發現許多項目存在額外收費。例如，泡温泉需要戴浴帽，但浴帽需另購，價格為120新台幣一個。建議旅客提前在台北準備好一次性浴帽，以減少額外開支。 3. 餐飲服務：某些包含在套餐內的餐食，服務員可能不會主動提供，需要旅客主動詢問或提醒。 4. 總體感受：雖然作為一次性體驗尚可，但不推薦再次入住。房間每晚價格高達3000多人民幣，性價比偏低，且環境並未達到預期的高水平。 建議： • 提前做好規劃，尤其是交通和用品方面，儘量降低隱形開支。 • 在選擇酒店時，仔細評估宣傳內容與真實情況是否匹配，避免不必要的失望。

溫泉水療池眾多，有露天溫泉、兒童戲水區、室內溫泉區可以分流，比較不會覺得人擠人。 二樓滑水道旁的水療池只開放到17:00；其他溫泉及裸湯均到22:00。

由桃園機場坐捷運直達台北車站，於台北車站步行7、8分鐘到公園路公保大樓側有站牌皇家客運编1717到金山，可於天籟大門口上下車(金山農場站)；又或者由台北車站坐出租車TWD1500到陽明山天籟渡假酒店。 天籟渡假酒店11點退房，11:30～11:40可於第一期酒店正門等1717客運到台北，很方便 酒店分1、2期，每一位服務員都很有禮貌，酒店還送生日小禮物🎁👍；可能11月頭打颱風，酒店有些設施需要維修，沒有開放，有一間餐廳、Starbucks、coffee shop、小型手信店…酒店以外周邊並沒有餐廳、沒有便利店（除非坐車下山） 重要温泉：室內、露天、裸湯、水壓按摩、桑拿房，浸泡溫泉必須要穿泳衣、泳帽；房內露台有私人溫泉浴，好正，隨時浸泡；晚餐自助餐TWD990/人，雖然款式太多，但尚算可以；整體很滿意，一定會再到陽明山

环境优美，酒店外觀整體偏舊，但房間都好大，最驚喜是房間天花设计好特別好美我很喜歡。包早餐種類有很多還有(寿喜燒)。 不滿意是溫泉沒有工作人員定期清理樹葉。
