Penginapan yang luar biasa! Desain interior hotel yang sangat unik! Lokasi yang bagus, hanya beberapa langkah dari Stasiun Utama, akses langsung dari Antwerp ke Bandara Bru

Hotel ini terletak sangat dekat dengan stasiun pusat. Kamarnya bersih dan desain interiornya sangat bagus.

Hotel ini terletak persis di sebelah stasiun kereta. Proses check in agak aneh karena tidak ada meja resepsionis. Liftnya cukup tersembunyi. Ada pusat kebugaran kecil. Kamarnya bersih, modern, dan cukup luas. Namun, tidak ada layanan kebersihan. Pemandangan dari jendela tidak begitu bagus, tetapi duduk di dekat jendela terasa menyenangkan.

Good sleep comfort and overall value for money. Nice breakfast option limited but straight to the point.

The staff is really helpful. They give free coffee for train tickets. There is no kettle in the room, guests can get hot water from the cafe in the lobby which is fine with us. There are lots of places to hang out. Highly recommended 😉

Room to small. Washbasin at the entrance not in the toilet in the room I am giving. That was not acceptable to me. I checked out after one night. And was sent a refund letter for the 2 unused days. On a positive note, the check-in process went smoothly and the staff were very professional. I am expecting by refund by my your platform as quickly as possible. They said they have done their part.

My stay had some disappointing aspects. Housekeeping didn’t replenish essentials like toilet paper, so I had to go to reception each time to ask for it. The staff at reception could have been more helpful and polite. The biggest issue was the bed situation. The hotel’s website lists two room types—‘Stay Double’ and ‘Stay Twin’—which are exactly the same in size (18m²) and design. The only difference is the mattress. Online, the price difference is just €1, but at the hotel, I was asked to pay an extra €10 per night to get a double mattress instead of two single beds pushed together. This policy felt unfair, and the FOM manager and hotel manager refused to make any changes.

There was no luggage store service……..and check in was very slow. We were waiting for a long time.

Good. Excellent location to go City and restaurants. And very near from Central station.

A good hotel with good location and services. The price is also very nice. So a high quality hotel indeed .

Although very close to the central station but need to walk around 5mins to go , compare with other hotel next to the station, this hotel is not well enough. But overall is good.
