Im so happy to stay in lake hote, because we have a beautiful viewing, and the room is very clean and toilet is a very good looking, and over all , Our all staff in lake hotel very friendly etc. And food very delicious and Thank you so much !!!

Quite a dated hotel but clean in the interior. Breakfast simple local buffet spread. Free parking and ease of getting around Bitan area were some of the good points.

Old hotel. Mildew smell when AC is on. Helpful staff. Below average breakfast. Some customers smoke on rooms. Not access friendly. River walk nearby. Run down neighborhood.

Awesome room and view from this honeymoon suite. Breakfast was oriental style and decent.

Room had smoking smell and 9th floor had a great view of the lake but the room could be cleaner. Maybe fresh paint won’t hurt and clean the moldy area in bathroom, change light bulb would be nice, missing one in bathroom, elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage to first floor. Our 5th fl room two days ago was so much newer and cleaner. Not sure what happened. Shame!

The hotel is in a great location and the room is big. The bed is very comfortable. I thought it was a King Size bed at first, but later I found out it was a combination of 2 small beds. There is no heating in the room. When we checked in, a cold wave happened to hit, and the room was a bit cold. There is no shelf for luggage in the room, so the luggage can only be placed on the floor. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and a bidet, which is pretty good.

The hotel I found near the company is very close to Bitan and is surrounded by the Bitan Scenic Area. There are two convenience stores when you turn right out of the door and go down the slope. It is not a big problem to recharge and pay for daily necessities, food and drinks. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are well maintained. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive, which is very good.

The room is large, the price is very affordable, it is close to the scenic spot with beautiful scenery, the facilities in the room are complete and clean, and the lobby feels very high-end! Will stay here again if I have the chance.
