Excellent location in the France quarter, nice staff.
The room was small and cramped for us, shower with weak water flow, no table and a chair in the rooms or in the lobby, and no equipment to make coffee/tea.

Great little hotel in an amazing location - the best side off the French quarter - everything you need is on your doorstep.
Slight gripe we arrived at 2am after long flight - happy to see hot water available and coffee/tea. Made a cup of tea but hot water was no longer hot. Asked the lady at reception if she could make some more hot water and she told us “next hot water is in about 30mins time… “, to be honest I think she was just lazy to go make some … which was disappointing after arriving at the hotel in the early hours.
Other than this - great choice when visiting New Orleans .

Property was a smaller boutique hotel that provided decent lodging. We wanted a spot that had decent location, but that was not too close to Bourbon street. The mattress was okay, but if you have back problems I would not recommend. Also, the water does not get hot…remains lukewarm no matter how long you stays in the shower.

Room was not cleaned. Overcharged for parking. Could not get housekeeping service. No dresser in the room had to use your bags. Great for a one night stay.

Room had strong chemical smell and non of the windows open. Not sure it would help since our room faces the alley.
All night you hear traffic and loud music from cars. If you just need a place to lay your head it’s fine as long as you don’t mind strong smell of cleaning chemicals that won’t leave the room. If you want something decent or nice go somewhere else.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were well cleaned and smelled great. Parking however sucks. It's about 3 blocks away walking $31 a night. Also they are pet friendly but the closest grassy area to walk your pup is about 4 blocks. Area around the hotel was dirty, dark but it's bourbon street area new Orleans, to be expected.

I loved the room I stayed in. It’s cute although there’s no view but I’ve been out most of the time. It’s close to everything! It’s quiet which I love! Away from the crowd and noise but still walkable… I will book a room again! Thank you! Staff was so pleasant!
