Everything was good! Location was convenient but also not in a crowded area, train station and bust stop is just 2 mins away, 2 konbinis are just opposite, very nice room, comfortable duvet. They also provided pajama, separated shower and toilet. Sleeping area is also separated with sliding door. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Very recommended indeed 👍

This is THE best budget hotel to stay in Kyoto. Welcome drink will surprise you. Rooms are new and clean with nice SONY TVs. All the young staff are super welcoming and attentive! And btw just beside KH railway near Duck river. I will definitely come again in the future.

Hotel was clean, customer service was great. Check in didn’t take much time that I can smoothly enter my room. The location itself is quiet, but you’ll find bus stop in front of the hotel so you can travel easily from there by city bus. After checking out, they were willing to store your luggage, so don’t mind your luggage when you still want to stroll around the city after check out. Over all it was a great stay! Thank you!

Although the railway station is close, if you want to go to the city center, you still need to transfer twice.

The hotel's location is quite good, close to public transportation stations, the Kamo River, and nearby shops, and not far from Kiyomizu Temple. The front desk service attitude is very good, but the hotel rooms are somewhat below the standard of a 4-star hotel; they are not spacious, the soundproofing of the windows is very poor, and the exhaust device in the room makes a loud noise at night. When the elevator opens on the ground floor, it leads directly to the dining area, and the smell of food fills the entire floor. Isn't this too close?

A green hotel with limited space for large luggage and restricted amenities with no bottled water offered or alternative water cooler. 20 minute walk to UNESCO Temple. 5 minute walk to Keihan station. Next to Double Tree Hilton and close to convenience stores Lawson and Family Mart. Staff are kind and will keep luggage after strict checkout at 11am.

Nice and spacious. The room as well as the staff are great. The location is great, near the station and easy to find. For improvement, I suggest a system when one room/person could not hoard both of the laundry machines for several cycles.

非常棒的日式飯店，整體環境非常優，員工服務態度超級好，會在電梯口鞠躬送客人上電梯（當然只有特定時間，譬如早晨早餐後），我有遇過一位男員工，在我下午退房後，離開飯店，還親自送到門口，彎腰揮手說再見的，很棒👍 除了位置稍為偏遠一點，附近稍微荒涼一點，其他都可以接受；早餐不錯吃喔，雖然貴了一點。

總體來説挺滿意的。地理位置在京阪本線清水五條站附近，去清水寺和東福寺比較方便。去大阪也很方便，坐京阪電車大概40-50分鐘就能到。對面有兩家便利店和一家葯粧店，可以買一些小零食和飲料。衞生間乾濕分離淋浴間，有頭頂花灑，水流可以。工作人員很有禮貌，見到客人會主動點頭或者鞠躬打招呼。但是附近沒什麼大的商店和餐廳，距離熱鬧的四條河原町走路有點遠。留言需要安靜的房間，結果安排在了2樓靠馬路的房間，半夜2-3點還能聽到街上車子的聲音，比較吵。而且2樓有自動販賣機和微波爐，所以不需要刷電梯卡就能進，不太安全。

400多元RMB8000多日元的房子，性價比還很不錯。 離地鐵非常近，離阪急河原不遠，離JR京都火車站勉勉強強也可以走過去（20多分鐘？） 賓館旁邊就是鴨川，離祇園清水寺都是走路20分鐘的距離。 服務非常棒！傳統的日本服務水平！

房間很好很乾凈，和介紹的相符。離地鐵站和鴨川河都很近。離花見小路，八阪神社，二年三年阪，清水寺一公里多點。酒店對面有羅森超市等，衞生間乾濕分離。總之一次很滿意的入住。

酒店位置距離清水五條站不遠，步行幾分鐘 距離三十三間堂，京都國立博物館，花間小路，都可步行達到 酒店整體服務可以，小細節很到位 衞生很乾凈，可以放心入住
