We spent our last night in India at the Relax Inn (yesterday). Our travel agency booked it for us and it was the only disappointment during our two weeks journey! From the check-inn the service was very unfriendly and unorganised. The luggage porters asked vey insistently for “tip” once we entered the room. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and water dropped for two hours, there was no warm water. One of our two rooms was not clean, on the chair there was food. The towels and bed sheets were dirty and full of holes, the toilet paper was almost empty. In the late evening someone tried to enter the room without knocking. Luckily we had locked the door before. In the hallway a party was going on at night. The breakfast options were very limited and the restaurant looked not clean! We decided to skip breakfast.. We have stayed at a better hotel in Delhi before and can only advise you not to stay at the Relax Inn!

SCAM This hotel is part of a networking scam between taxi drivers and tourist information guides underneath the guise of government officials. Do not book here at all! The rooms are dirty, never cleaned, hair in the bedsheets, bugs, dirty bathrooms, used towels with blood, mold, mice.

We were charged £180 when the website said £80. The ***ager kept calling and texting me after the stay asking me to write a trip advisor review. They charged us 150 rupees for 2 bottles of water and it was 40 rupees everywhere else. Someone who works for the hotel tried to get us to cancel our Uber driver to go with someone he organised and when our Uber driver arrived he tried to stop us from getting in. Just terrible. Upside was the room was clean and spacious. No wifi.

As ***y ***y people have said below. This is a SCAM. It is very sad how this hotel have continued to get away with this scam for ***y years. We arrived at the airport at 12am and our taxi driver from the government approved booth told us our hotel was closed due to covid. They took us to a fake tourist information centre with no wifi and our phones didn’t work and said they could book us a hotel but it would be £200. We were desperate at this time as the information centre didn’t feel safe and we were exhausted. We arrived at the hotel which is bad and the next morning a tuk tuk arrived to take us back to the tourist information centre to pay. Online it is £80 and we were charged £200!! As you see below the ***ager comments and says this has never happened before but it seems ***Y OF US HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!! The hotel ***ager kept calling me and asking for a review , he used my number from the guest book. Very terrible. This hotel should be closed. Disgusting scamming all of these innocent people.

Very nice and comfortable pillows and bed mattress. Staff is very co-operative, helps on all the fronts. Resolved all our problems regarding food, amenities, etc. worth staying at this hotel. Very satisfied with our stay.

As the name suggests Relax Inn is a beautiful place to relax with your friends, family or colleagues. Had a warming experience and the staff is also very helpful. Hotel is located in a prime location and is very well connected and guests can travel anywhere around the Delhi NCR without inconvenience.

If you want to stay around the area, don't look further. Go for it! The price is affordable and everything from the staff to the rooms are just nothing but nice, cosy and comfortable. You will love it.
