Ulasan Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport, an IHG Hotel

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room. When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room. The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies. During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping. Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

We, my husband and I are really disappointed with the rooms stay. On our first 2 night stay, 21st Feb – 23rd Feb, the rooms were so so only. The bathroom, the tap was leaking of which we did inform the reception and maintenance was sent to rectify it. The bedsheets didn’t look fresh etc. On the other hand, the restaurant (Buffet Breakfast) service was pleasing. All the staff were attentive, pleasant and kind. We were even given Holiday Inn membership by the Restaurant staff…which was a sweet gersture. I must say the Breakfast buffet staff at the Hotel are very nice and service is really good. They take the time to come and check if everything is ok etc. Compliments to them. But sadly on our return trip on 28th Feb 2025, the room given was so unpleasing, The Fridge was out. The air-con didn’t work well….The bathrooms unkept. Toilet bowl inside brownish, the shower area the tiles were brownish and the bed had a metal piece protruding out from the mattress. Totally disappointing. I infact dropped an email to the Hotel on the feedback but sad to say not a reply received Vivien D Singapore

Stayed here for three night upto New Year's Day 2025. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The NYE events were fun, there was a gala dinner and a dj in the bar, I had returned late so opted for a couple of drinks in the bar to see in the new year, as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and comfortable. The dj was very good and the vibe was cool. Overall a great stay, the room was very comfortable and large, I was kindly upgraded from a twin to a queen (loved this!).

Everything in hotel is good very clean and nice . Comfortable 👍🏻

*Review for Holiday Inn Gurgaon Aerocity* My wife and I, both senior citizens, had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Gurgaon for one night recently, and I must say, our experience was overall quite positive. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The check-in process was swift, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The lobby area was clean, modern, and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was especially soft, and we appreciated the cozy linens and pillows. As senior citizens, comfort is a high priority for us, and this room did not disappoint. The bathroom was equally well-maintained, with fresh towels, toiletries, and an easily accessible shower, which was very important for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room dining experience. We ordered dinner, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious. The menu had a variety of options that catered to both our tastes. I must also mention the courteous and professional staff who made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as it was in proximity to the commercial areas of Gurgaon, making it convenient to get around. We didn’t use many of the hotel’s amenities due to our short stay, but we noticed the gym and the restaurant facilities, both of which seemed to be well-kept. The only minor downside we experienced was with the air conditioning, which took a little time to adjust to our preferred temperature. However, this did not majorly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon, and we would recommend it to other senior citizens looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel in the area. The staff, comfort, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. We would gladly return on our next visit to Gurgaon.

Certain rooms are connected with a door and are extremely loud if someone is next in the other room. Sound proof are really bad. So beware

I had a really nice day and really enjoyed the room service, my only complaint if I were to have one is that they called me after every time I hit room service to see if the food was good. I really value being left alone and private in hotels, so it was a little annoying, but other than that, it was a perfect day, one of the best holidays inns the world..

Location and area It’s very convenient. Came here to stay for a couple of nights before connecting flight, good location close to airport! In the morning it’s only 10-15 mins drive. Aerocity is a wonderful developed area - so many lovely restaurants and cafes with quality food for all ranges! I was surprised for the qualitative variety the area offers available for short time visiters! Room Nice comfortable bed, quiet and nice view, comfortable chairs and sofa, nice air ventilation! Toilet and bathroom Very clean! Hot water supply! Powerful enough shower! Ground floor dining restaurant Offers a wide variety of food, quality and tasty! Breakfast buffet is especially impressive! Staff and working team It’s the second time I stayed with Holiday Inn in different cities recently. One very strong impression is that the team - may it be front desk, or at the restaurant - every one is so friendly, attentive, and always wants to ensure you are being well looked after. Restaurant within Hotel are cheaters. They made a bill with 7% staff encourage fees and GST total central and state together 15%. Absolutely cheaters

Nice Hotel, and had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient, and the room was very neat & ideal in size. The breakfast was nice & as expected in such a hotel, but what stood out for me was the staff that was taking care of everyone. They were all extremely polite & helpful. Building next to it had a food court in the basement. Just hope that the check in process can be a bit smoother & faster, as there were multiple counters & there are people lining everywhere. Keep a standard line so everyone can get their stuff done one by one, rather than guessing which line to be in. And if someone from the hotel team can get in touch with Google + Uber, so that the proper drop off location at the entrance is shown on google maps, it would be very helpful Right now you end up at the back exit when you take an uber.
