Firstly this hotel is on the Black Sea coast, not the Baltic. If only there was a 3.5 star rating on here, as I don't quite feel it reaches a 4 star. Good points - the hotel is right on the beach with many sunbeds around the pool and on the beach, we didn't have to get up at silly o'clock to find all beds reserved with towels. The rooms are spacious, maybe a bit dated. The duvets are too narrow, even for smaller than average adults! Room safe - had to pay 40 levs for 7 nights. Only one restaurant was open, which was a shame and did the same kind of foods, always beef, chicken, fish, rabbit in some type of weak sauce which was usually cold. Fries every day, lunch and dinner, one type of pizza and pasta. Never any burgers, Chinese, Indian, etc. Lots of cake and fruit. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in this one restaurant became quite boring. For such a big premises I feel the other restaurants should have been open and it was getting busier day by day. Most drinks are self service, there was a bar by the pool and one by the lobby. The hotel is quite difficult to navigate, the buffet was hidden away down a long white corridor past the indoor pool. There are shops on the premises, one selling drinks and snacks, which was reasonably priced. Sometimes a week felt too long. Other than the beach there isn't really anything much within walking distance. If you're booking through an agent they do ask for the "booking voucher" on check in so make sure you print it out. Staff were generally nice but many often didn't acknowledge you.
