"This was the best hotel in Negombo for relaxing after a long flight. 😍They accommodated all our requests, brought everything we asked for, and even let us take a swim at night. 🙏🏻🥰 The room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. ☺️ 15 minutes from the airport by car. Thanks to the administrator, Azmi Mohammed, for his wonderful service. He welcomed us like family, helped with all our requests, and even had a great time chatting. I recommend this hotel to everyone; it's truly a TOP hotel. ❤️"

The staff, as always, was friendly, providing helpful information, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The only downside was that, because I stayed in a balcony room, the black birds living on the beach were somewhat annoying 😂. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"The next morning, we had a 5 a.m. flight, and the hotel included breakfast, but we couldn't enjoy it as we didn't arrive until 2:30. My daughter, who was traveling with us, had a 7 p.m. flight, and it was almost 3 a.m. when we finished the formalities. We were just going to put our luggage in the room and go out for dinner, but the hotel lobby was very rude and said that there would be an extra fee for the three of us to stay. We repeatedly explained to him that we were checking in as two people and the third person would go to the airport after dinner, but the lobby was very rude and refused to let us in. It seemed like we had taken advantage of the hotel and didn't want to linger in the lobby for too long. Plus, we were so hungry, so we had no choice but to pay the fee. The hotel pretended to install a folding bed and brought out extra bathrobes and towels... We told Ctrip customer service and they refunded the extra money, but the hotel's attitude was very unfriendly, and the front desk clerk was even more arrogant and unreasonable. Also: the location of the hotel is very remote, strongly not recommended"

The owner/manager through to the cleaning staff could not have been accommodating and understanding, they were exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, situated right on the beach alongside swimming pools and outdoor seating. The food was varied and delicious and It has a fantastic atmosphere mostly due to the outstanding staff working there. Highly recommend"

"Most people seem to stay for one night on way to or from the airport, and thats enough. The room was well appointed but no outside view because the window was blocked by an unnecessay spa room. We could not have stayed in such a room for longer. Pool and restaurant good. The nearby beach road was just awful and blocked off the beach, so we never got to it. Very pleased to leave and things improved thereafter."

It was easy to get there since they have flexible pick ups at the airport. The place was peaceful and full of nature. Staff members were very kind and flexible. I loved the morning Yoga sessions and evening meditations. The treatment was great and even though I only stayed for 4 days, I could feel my body and mental health change. I would loved to come back again."

"We stayed at this lovely B&B for two nights after arriving from Chennai. It is within walking distance to restaurants and a 15 minute local bus ride to downtown Negombo. The breakfast served on the rooftop patio was tasty and fresh. The rooms have a sink, kettle and bar fridge. The balcony on the upper floor rooms is a nice bonus. A fifteen minute ride from the airport makes this B&B a great place to stay on your arrival to Sri Lanka."

"Location - Too far from the centre of Negombo to walk Service - Staff didn't really understand English so it usually took 4 or 5 of them to discuss a request and then not to do what was asked anyway (Very frustrating!) Bar - Non existent due to having lost their licence! Would have been good to be advised of this upon check-in Lift - Not working! Had to use service lifts which made the journey to our room very long and through not-so-nice areas of the hotel Beach - Not a nice beach area. Used by locals but not very good for tourists The Rooms were very stylish but the whole hotel gives the impression that it needs some TLC to bring it back to a good standard Several times we asked for issues to be brought to the attention of the Manager ... or the Duty Manager ... it never happened and nobody seemed to be running the place Avoid at all costs as you will be disappointed!"
